During our first contact we were told we had to find the property line markers as well as the French drain which went along the property line, he showed up with no measuring tape or tools to even help. This project for us was needlessly stressful and difficult as the owner failed to return calls, texts and emails concerning questions we had regarding our small project. This lack of communication led to difficulties in coordinating the project design with our next door neighbor who was using Henry's for a complete backyard wrought iron fence. During our neighbors fence construction, we found Henry's workers in our backyard (without asking us or notifying us) kicking and moving the small rocks in our yard, alternating the aesthetic elevation of the rocks to mounds around the bottom of the fence. When we contacted the workers about this they acted in a rude manner, speaking over us and were sarcastic regarding our concerns. When the project was completed we had to go out and re-grade the rocks and discovered the weed barrier paper around each fence post was left balled up with rocks under it and was not properly re-laid. The work in these areas was sloppy. We also noticed several fence brackets missing from the fence at the posts and we notified the neighbor about this. This could have easily been a much better experience for us with more attentive communication, professionalism and attention to detail by the working staff.

Why on earth would I lie about it, and waste all our time waiting over a week for an estimator to come over?? I am a small business owner and am very good with my communication, numbers and facts.
