From the initial inspection to the final cleanup, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The work was completed within 2 hours, and the results have been fantastic--no more leaks or musty odors, even after heavy rain! The day of crew was courteous, respectful of my home, and left everything spotless. If you're looking for a trustworthy company for basement waterproofing, I highly recommend United Dynamics. They also buried a drainage pipe to carry water safely away from our home's foundation. The whole crew worked extremely hard, finished the job efficiently, and left everything spotless. They even laid grass seed and straw where they had to dig--going above and beyond to restore the area. They took time to answer all our questions, showed us the completed work, and were professional and courteous throughout. You'd never know they were even here, except for the peace of mind we now have. Highly recommend!

I would recommend this company to anyone who needs waterproofing (basement or crawlspace) without hesitation.

Once we were in agreement we had to wait for the funding to clear to start. We did have to battle scheduling with historic rainfalls and flooding but he kept in good communication the whole way. We got a clear dry day and he and his crew went to work. A few short hours later and they were done. He even gave me some recommendations for some climbing vines for a nearby pergola. I asked him about predators eating the fish previously and he sent me a recommendation for that as well. I could not be happier with the work and we are so happy to have a working pond again.

He uses the fact that he's a Christian of God which is bologna cause he screws customers out of their money. He was always late and unprepared and had every excuse in the world not to show up when he did because of family problems. We had to advance him more money after the deposit to start work so his 3 helpers could get gloves to wear and we felt bad for them and fed them lunch and supplied drinks all day. When I was fed up and wanted to cancel the agreement for the job then he showed up, cause he a bullshitter who makes empty promises and said he didn't have the money from the job to return to us. I'm posting a photo of the liner that stays on top of the water permanently because it wasn't smooth out, it's so unprofessional because none of them know what their doing and Tim is too fat to help We paid for an aerator for our pond which we never received because the one he tried to give us was broken. And was promised $500 in fish which we never received either. But he was fast in saying the job was finished and collected from my husband which paid cause Barry is a good man of his word even after I said not to pay him till I was satisfied. And at that point I told my husband I wanted that crook off my property and never wanted to see that buddah again Every excavator we tried to hire would not work with 2-fish and I would gladly supply their names So you can verify the facts Come to find out we didn't even need the liner which we paid $26,000+ because Tim advised us that we did Lord only knows how bad we got screwed there and how much he pocketed And the first liner he had delivered wasn't even what we had ordered it was a cheaper thinner grade, Tim tried to get that over on us but we took the invoice off the delivery wrapper and complained and that red flag was enough to pull out of the deal in my eyes Please reach out and we welcome you to come see for yourself before you too have regrets and get screwed by 2-fish had to give one star review because zero wasn't an option

One day for drop-off of materials and the other day for installation. While the finished product is solid and I'm pleased, this experience lacked the polish of our first two installs. The "bummers" included the team arriving fairly late, almost 1-2 hrs than planned. Installation didn't finish in the one day we were scheduled. It took them 3 days and they weren't consecutive, so it took more like 3 weeks. The team didn't install pads on furniture, like the other installs, and it resulted in deeply scratched boards that had to be pulled up and replaced again. Thankfully we had extra material. The good that was appreciated included well cut corners for the kick board, took accountability for the scratches and fixed without a fight, and agreed to install a very small piece of footboard we didn't originally have in place. Note: pay by check to avoid any credit card fees. My husband paid the deposit with a credit card, which I asked him not to do, so they credited the card and let me pay the full amount by check.
