Omid (the owner) came himself to give a quote. I could tell right away that he was very experienced and knowledgeable. I was a little worried that his expertise would come with a very high price tag but his quote was actually in the mid-range of several I received. All of my emails were responded to promptly, even on weekends. The complimentary colour consultation was super helpful. Omid himself came every day to oversee that the work was done well. And at the end of the job, my apartment was actually cleaner than before the painting began!

If your cabinets are in good shape and you just want to freshen them up, it's tempting to DIY. But…read moreafter having seen the results of True Blue's efforts and the amazing results they achieved, you'd be crazy to think you could do the same. Kent was onsite for days, painting coat after coat, into every nook and cranny, beautiful coverage. And Okko methodically removed all door fronts, hinges, pulls, and closers (and put them back in the EXACT same places), before taking the fronts offsite for catalytic lacquer spraying. The finish on the doors is perfection, with a subtle sheen and smooth surface - I didn't know it was possible to get old doors looking so amazing, and there's no way that could have been achieved with onsite spraying. The process is an initial quote on photos, if interested then a followup in-person visit by Okko, door removal and spraying by Okko, onsite painting by Kent (fairly high fumes the entire time, and for days after), and door replacement/adjustment by Okko. For us it was roughly a 2 week timeline (not including estimates) and they're quite busy so expect to book at least several months in advance. Heads up that Okko is forthright and will state clear expectations and limitations - if you need someone warm and fuzzy, it won't be a good fit for you.

These are first class pros, and they turned our ugly outdated kitchen into a beautiful modern masterpiece. We were both absolutely stunned at how great the cabinets came out when done. It 100% exceeded our expectations and saved us thousands of dollars over doing a whole new kitchen. Kent is a highly experienced painter, and he uses a technique to reduce brush strokes on the boxes so that they're hardly noticeable. The doors went out separately to be sprayed, and Okko took the utmost care in making sure they were sanded beautifully so that they look like new. Our kitchen wasn't in good shape at all, and Okko actually spent the extra time to fix a couple of the doors for us. It's incredibly rare to find somebody that cares about fine details and that takes the time to do things right. This is the best company we dealt with during our renovation and they made it so easy for us! Thanks guys! We will certainly be using your services in the future. Keep up the amazing work!

Over the years we have…read moreinteracted with many different contractors and I would say this is one of the best experiences. We recently had them install Vinyl Plank flooring in our basement over concrete. This is the first time we have dealt with BC Best Flooring and Karen, the owner. The concrete floor was in bad shape and needed some expert work to bring it up to a standard to lay the vinyl plank. But Karen did this exceptionally well, informing us about what needed to be done and how he was going to do it, each step of the way. It is very easy to communicate with him. Prior to the job he was prompt in answering our email questions, gave us a good idea of what it would cost, and was able to do the job with not much delay. During the job it was a pleasure having him at our home, working hard and keeping us informed. We are delighted with the results, and the cost ended up being very reasonable! We would definitely have BC Best Flooring again for future flooring needs. Review also posted on Google.
