We called Mike and Elizabeth and told them we found dream home but builder wouldn't take a contingent offer unless our current home was in escrow. We weren't sure that we could get in escrow before someone else offered on dream home. Mike got everything in motion and had picture crew ready for 2 (really 1) days later. Oh, by the way, we called him New Years Eve afternoon AND he was on vacation. Elizabeth helped stage the house and pictures get taken Thursday morning. Mike then works his magic later that morning with builder's agent and they take in our contingent offer we were told wouldn't be presented to builder. Mike convinced us to list our sale home with a range and it worked out better than expected. We had 8 pre open house viewings in a 4 hr time frame and had 65 visitors check into our 4 hour open house. We ended up with 8 offers and 7 over list within 24 hours of the open house.
