There's also a sign on the door telling you to treat their "frontline" nicely. LOL! What frontline? 3rd: My blood was drawn in a space that looked like a supply storage closet with boxes stacked to the ceiling. 4th: Afterwards, the phlebotomist asked for my electronic signature on a pad right beside her computer monitor. Luckily another patient allowed me to use his phone and I was able to call my doctor and get the orders sent to the lab. After waiting 1 1/2 HOURS I was finally called back to get the blood draw and the woman who drew my blood just about killed me. I'm black and blue from my wrist to my shoulder. She was rude and short with me and the whole place is incredibly mean and unprofessional. I hope NEVER to have to use this facility again because I wouldn't put it past them to hold this review against me and hurt me even worse next time.

i woke up sick...feeling pretty bad, tough to talk, had a little trouble breathing from a congested…read moretest...needed to see a doctor. most people need to see a doctor to get a diagnosis, to know what is wrong. this unique clinic demands you tell them what is wrong, ie diagnos it first, then they will see you. so, in order to get in here, you first have to go to a doctor, get a diagnosis so they can approve your reason for seeing them. it just kind of defeats the reason for going to a doctor. the person i talked to really lacked patience, and had exceptionally poor communication skills.
