This has been a couple of months ago. I had a leak from my dryer vent. The builders installed the…read moredryer vent in the roof. During a rain storm, I noticed a wet spot on my wall in my laundry room. After further investigation, I figured it was the vent, since the vent pipe was next to the wet spot on the wall. Expecting more rain in the next couple of days I immediately called several roofing companies, to no avail. In fact, Helping Hands were the only ones who actually answered the phone. I explained my issue and they sent someone out that day. The next day their roofer came out to look, but could not repair the leak that day. With heavy rain headed our way, the roofer was on my roof the first thing the very next morning before the rain came replacing the incorrectly installed dryer vent. So far so good.

At this time I will be contacting my financial institution, since this company has made it clear that they are not going to work to come to a solution to the problem that they have ignored." This is the worst, most unprofessional cleaning company I have ever used. They sent someone out, she never finished the job so they sent her back out a second time. She still never finished the job, so they were supposed to send someone else - at my request because obviously the first person doesn't care about the quality of her work - and they pushed back her time from 12pm to 5pm, which at that point it was too late. We are moving and this cleaning was supposed to save us time, not take up more. The services have never been completed and the company will not return my phone calls.
