I originally had my brows done in 2004 in Germany and permanent makeup was just a small blip on the radar of the beauty industry. My brows ended up large, had solid lines and DARK. I immediately regretted my decision and prayed that they would fade, shrink, or that I could hide them with makeup. Fast forward to 2011, and microblading was the newest technique and I had hoped that this could soften the edges by adding hair strokes. The result, my eyebrows were even bigger, black and still looked like a stamp had created them. Thank goodness for Dermablend to cover them. Krystal took my case for saline removal with hopes of one day having "real" looking eyebrows. Many sessions got me considerably lighter before I went to have the laser removal. Thankfully, the first session of the laser even astounded the business owner since the laser achieved such excellent success after just one session. Today, back in Krystal's chair to get the brows of my dreams and she did NOT disappoint! She took the time to accurately and studiously map my brows to match my face, shape, tone and personality. I cried tears of joy that for the first time, I look normal, feel confident and have the face that I always deserved. Brows REALLY do hold that much power! Don't trust them with just anyone. Krystal and I have gone on this journey for over a year and I can tell you, no one is more patient and kind and amazingly talented.

I came in for a full set of eyelash extensions and the tech working on me was SEVERELY sick, coughing and hacking and sniffling the ENTIRE time - so bad the tech next to us had to offer her water and gum. This is a major hygiene concern when working on someone's eyes! Being worked on at such close proximity to my eyes by a tech who was visibly coughing VIOLENTLY and SNIFFLING, and VISIBLY unwell was completely unacceptable and put my health at risk. When I informed the business of this, her reply was "she wasn't contagious" which is absurd! Not even an apology for putting someone like me - with health issues and a compromised immune system at such severe risk. Furthermore, the final result is also the WORST eyelash extensions I've had in my 10+ years of getting them. There are three randomly long eyelashes sticking up on both eyes. I spent $180 (still tipped 20% even though I'm incredibly unsatisfied) and left with terrible eyelashes, likely a severe sickness coming my way, and an incredibly poor distaste for this business and their reply to my concern. This isn't just about the poor lash application but again - this is not something that should ever happen in a service setting, especially one that involves hygiene and direct contact with a client's face and the buisness owners uncaring reply shows their true character and "care" for their clients. Avoid at all costs.

He's now had two very successful micro needling sessions to help his acne scaring. I recently moved out of the area. I have not been able to find anyone like her or services that compare to hers in my new city. Most places say they do this and that but it's limited or there's always some catch or extra fee.
