It was time consuming and nerve wracking, working a full time job and operating a part time business and the rental property was just to much. So 5 years into it I thought about selling it and a friend suggested trying a property Manager. Enter TexCen Reality I call them and found out they indeed do manage property's, about 500 or 600 they know what they are doing. Well that was 5 year's ago I still have the property and Texcen does all the work all I do is check my account each month to see the money they deposit. They have access to people in several businesses that do repairs upgrades and anything else for a price that is very reasonable. I am also able to track my account on line by logging on to there web site as a Owner I can see Income and expenses if I have any questions I can pick up the phone and usually get a response within a coupe of hours some times sooner. Tax time everything is broke down so I just print it and hand it to my tax person. Another thing I love about this Company and the Owner Dave Mozingo is when a Tenant moves out they have someone ready to move in within a couples of weeks, They do Background Checks Rental History and a Credit check all I do is point my finger and say (that one) they do the rest it's just that simple. The Fee is small and the Headaches are gone. I looking forward to many more years of their service.

Our experience initially with Texcen realty was good while we were tenants but upon moving out was…read morea whole other experience. We left the property we rented on snapdragon drive in Austin in great condition however upon "there inspection" they deemed the property to be unclean and deducted cleaning cost of the house including carpet cleaning that was cleaned thoroughly prior to moving out. We took the property over in an unclean condition (especially the carpet) and made sure we cleaned it ourselves. Other deductions including mowing and edging a bush, a ceiling fan that was not in working order from when we first moved in and a couple of wands for blinds that you can tell were not exactly in good condition when we first moved in. We were also charged a fee for removing "garbage" that was actually removed by Austin public utilities.These were not minimal deductions both the cleaning of the house and the carpet totaled $1200 not including the other deductions. If you choose to rent a property managed by this company I would strongly discourage you from doing so as you will almost certainly not get your full security deposit back even if you return as my family and I did see pictures below..
