I ordered the spicy miso ramen and I didn't expect much, I thought it would be a plain simple noodles in miso broth. When I got the dish it was an appealing presentation of noodles submerged in miso broth with seaweed, bamboo, tofu and bok choy and scallions. It tasted pretty good, definitely exceeded my expectations, it had a depth of flavor I didn't expect and it was truly a delight along with a side of vegan dumplings was a nice compliment to the dish.
