I think as a courtesy they added space to the playground set which was much appreciated. This added more value to our order and more space for kiddos to play. I found the communication to be a a bit spotty. It was hard to reach them through their site and I tracked them down in instagram. I also found that they're not super quick to respond to email. In my search, I learned that this industry is run by parents like us who do this business on the side. One piece of feedback is to have the client review the waiver well ahead of time so we know what to expect. I was given the waiver after they set up the space and I didn't have time to read through it as I was busy preparing for the party. We had to put all the balls back in the pit so we wouldn't get charged - it's a lot of work. I wish we knew this ahead of time, but they were kind and patient enough to wait for us to put the balls back in the pit.

I've rented two times and I can't thank enough the owner for his attentiveness and has the best vibe to work with! After working with this company, my husband asked me to rent the bouncy houses each time we invite over my son's friends since it's so worth it. We prepared about 10% tip after pick up, but we were more than happy and satisfied with his service, so we ended up paying more what we planned just to show him how thankful we are :) (also the owner got bitten by my puppy right when he was about to leave, so my husband apologized him but the owner was super chill and understood my puppy. It was our fault to open the backyard while the puppy was inside of the house. We would like to apologize once again and thank you for being so understanding til last moment!) He's usually busy but very easy to reserve his bouncy house so I will definitely call him before you search any other companies. The prices are on his website/ very straightforward. Has tens of options to choose from. I will definitely recommend planet bouncy for all your parties! Im reserving another one soon for sure! Attentiveness: 5 stars Price: 5 stars Service: 5 stars

They tried unsuccessfully to open the car doors and 5 minutes before we were supposed to be set up they were going get a different bouncy house from the warehouse. They said it would be about 30-40 minutes. An hour later they come back and set up the bouncy house, mind you this is 1.5 hours from when set up was supposed to happen. No tables and no chairs... When it came time for payment Sergei was rude and unprofessional. In the end they took $60 off our total, but I would NEVER recommend this company to a friend.

Our only apprehension going into it was that we had noticed Luna's reviews were very good but they were all fairly recent. We figured it was a new business and decided to use them to supply the tables/chairs for our party since their quote was beyond reasonable with delivery/pick-up included. On the day of our party, they were running about 15 minutes behind and were communicative. They helped carry everything into the backyard. The tables/chairs were of good quality and everything was very clean. The following day, we got all the tables/chairs folded up and they carried them from the backyard back to their truck. All in all, a fantastic experience. I will not hesitate to recommend them to friends or family looking for event rentals and they will be the first place I contact for my next party.
