My barber shut down with no warning and and Omar came up in a proximity search. Got me in with no appointment, Hamza followed my instructions with Omar coaching. Nice, clean undercut. Friendly, clean business and takes all forms of payment. One of the drawbacks of my old barber is she just wouldn't break away from "cash only" and wouldn't setup an appointment system. Omar's uses Booksy which not only protects them but insures you have a slot. No more wasting my one day off waiting in line. I need to look clean for my job so I go religiously every two weeks. Needed to get my son and I haircuts for some family photos this weekend. I reached out to Omar an he responded quickly. When we walked in we were greeted by everyone with smiles like we were family! The two barbers that cut our hair were amazing! My son loves his fade and shape up. He feels like a superstar. I started cutting my hair at Omar's barbershop since last August of last year. I was looking for a closer barbershop since I live in Anaheim and was driving all the way down to Santa Ana. I gotta say, Omar did not disappoint. He is very fast and precise, quality haircut. When I need a certain time slot and Omar is not available, I get my haircut from Aseel. Aseel is great as well. The service was not good. Immediately I walked in with my friend and sat down, the owner Omar looked directly at my friend and told him he'd be next. The rest of the barbers were cutting hair, but when he was done, he walked right past me. He went outside to stand on his phone and smoke a cigarette. I was clearly waiting for someone to attend me patiently, but they only took my friend in. There was no acknowledgment toward me, or even a hello when I greeted them. It's disappointing because I went there since I saw five stars, but the service was horrible. I left after about 20 minutes of waiting, it was disappointing. The energy seemed heavy, like they didn't even want me in there. When the haircut was done, I looked at it and it was just a harsh line with no blending to the rest of the hair. If I could give more stars I would. My husband loves this barber he does such an amazing job. We took our 1 year old son to get his first haircut and Omar is super patient. He did an amazing job especially since my son kept moving and crying. He had such patience and is super professional. I definitely recommend. They also do facials / eyebrow waxings so if you do go with your husbands or kids it's definitely a service to look into. I had a facial w/ eyebrow waxing and the lady who did it did an amazing job.
