One thing I really appreciated was his honesty. When we first discussed the job, he explained that he could take care of the permit, but also told me I could pull it myself as the homeowner and save quite a bit of money. He didn't have to mention that, and I appreciated him looking out for my wallet. He was friendly, easy to communicate with, and kept me updated throughout the process. He even offered to be available by phone on the day of the inspection in case the inspector had any questions. Overall, great experience. It's nice to find an electrician who does good work, communicates well, and doesn't try to upsell you. I'll definitely be calling Mauricio again for future electrical work.

He quickly diagnosed the problem, swapped the breakers to troubleshoot the circuit, replaced the affected outlet, and got everything working again. What I appreciated most was the friendly, professional, no-gimmicks approach. There was no pressure or attempt to upsell unnecessary work--just straightforward troubleshooting and a proper fix. Very satisfied with the service from start to finish. Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and honest. Definitely a 5-star experience, and I would use Bright Power Electric again.

I honestly can't say enough about this company. I originally hired them to install an EV wall…read morecharger, and unfortunately, something went seriously wrong afterward. Without getting into all the ugly details, let's just say electricity, smoke, heat, and your house are NOT things you ever want partying together. Here's why they still get 5 stars from me: when I called them, they came back out, owned the situation, fixed the issue, and made everything right. No finger-pointing, no disappearing act, no excuses. They were honest, professional, and stood behind their work -- and that says a lot about a company. I'm genuinely WOWED by how they handled everything. I would absolutely use them again and strongly recommend them. Trust me when I say you won't regret hiring them. Sure, it might almost cost you your house ... but they'll come back the next day and make it right! Seriously though, my only complaint is that I wish they could have come out one day sooner considering how serious the situation was. Other than that, the way they handled the problem afterward completely changed my opinion of the experience. Mistakes happen. How a company responds when something goes wrong tells you who they really are. These guys stood behind their work, and they earned my 5 stars. Believe me, after what happened, there was a moment when I was ready to leave a 1-star review and write a novel about it. But mistakes happen, and I believe a company should also be judged by what they do afterward. They owned it, fixed it, treated me right, and stood behind their work. That's why I'm giving them 5 stars. My only real complaint? Considering my electrical panel was apparently auditioning for a house fire, I really wish they could've made it out one day sooner

This was the case on multiple houses. He failed to hook up one entire side of a house. I have been in this industry for more than 30 years and have never seen such poor workmanship, insane sense of self worth and condescension.
