Sure enough, Jason came out today and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. He completed the repair in no time and was very upfront and honest about the pricing. What made the experience even better was that I wasn't even able to be there in person however Jason still made the entire process seamless by keeping me updated throughout the whole process with messages, photos, and phone calls the whole time. We were basically able to handle the entire project virtually, and by the time I finally got home, everything was already completed perfectly. Other contractors were quoting ridiculous prices for such a small repair area, but Jason never once tried to upsell or take advantage of the situation. As a woman, I've unfortunately experienced contractors trying to overcharge or push unnecessary work before, so I really appreciated the honesty and transparency from ProGrade Exteriors. Randy was great in answering all our questions and was very knowledgeable and insightful on our house and the situation. I was also impressed with his no frills approach. He didn't try to upsell us on anything and he gave us an honest assessment of the work to be done and the expectations with respect to time and money. They followed up when stated and were done with the job within a week. They were also the most reasonable out of all contacted (2 others), and the difference was a lot.
