Many providers are fresh out of school and seem to lack professionalism and maturity. Clinic policies are harsh and it is incredibly hard to get in touch with anyone. I went through a tough time while changing medications and was told they discontinued my care -- leaving me in a very tough spot with very little notice. From someone who has struggled with mental health for years, this left me in a very vulnerable position. This clinic absolutely lacks empathy, which is a central component of mental health care.
