After a bit of searching, we found a great new home build in which we were satisfied with. We had quite a few hiccups when it came to our billing. Item after item popped up and it made us quite anxious. There were multiple times where we thought that we might have to wait and buy a home at a later date. Brandon was there though with ideas, ways to deal with our issues creatively, and to help us get our home NOW instead of later. We were so thrilled when we were finally able to close on our home. If you thought this was the end of the review, no no no. There is ever more craziness that is about to unfold!! Our builder had an initial delay but it was no issue. For example, we'd look at beautiful homes, but they weren't in walkable areas & she knew that was important to me so she'd flag it. NOW for the real good stuff- Tia was able to use an offer we put on one house and we're in discussion with to use that to get us our house under asking & quickly.
