The Good
The Manager--He responds to requests almost immediately. He's super nice and laid back and reasonable.
The kitchens have been updated with nice, new appliances--well, at least the unit I lived in had been updated.
The bedrooms are huge-- I lived in a one-bedroom unit
Not So Good
Parking--Street parking is next to impossible during the week. You pretty much need to pay for a parking space.
Noise--parking for Seattle Center spills into the neighborhood and can be pretty noisy.
Mold--Gotta stay on top of the mold situation. read more
