I phased the window replacement over three visits and for each visit, the crew arrived promptly, did an excellent job, and cleaned up after the job was done. They will waste your time…read more I reached out for a quote and Jon paid a visit. He was incredibly nice and respectful. It took 2-3 weeks for a quote and that was only after prodding from a mutual party. I responded to the quote within a day and never heard back. It's been 2.5 months with no reply. I ended up going with Window World of Portland, at a higher cost, because they gave a quote quickly and have communicated during the entire process. If you're unable to take on a specific job, just tell client instead of leaving them hanging... I would respect that way more and may consider you for a different job in the future.
