She listens to my concerns and addresses them with professionalism. She responds to emails promptly and has even answered a few on weekends. I've been seen by their orthopedics, pain management, dermatologists and cardiology departments. I've had consistently had great care. I was late and had to reschedule only once. It was my fault for not being vigilant and I totally understand their need to adhere to a schedule.

Phone calls to the surgery center afterwards blamed me for not understanding how the process works. I contacted two different surgery centers (located in Seattle and Bellevue) who provide similar services and they told me their offices do not do that, they bill together and give the price up front. One was very critical of the setup with the Surgery Center of Silverdale and they knew who I was talking about just based on hearing my experience. Strong recommend to find a different provider, but if you do use them, get any quotes in writing and have them confirm IN WRITING that they won't spring extra costs on you.
