If you want to feel like cattle, get surgery here. The terrible service started upon arrival when I…read morewalked up to the reception desk to sign in and instead of being welcomed, two receptionists were tersely arguing. I stood there staring at them unimpressed and they just ignored me. I finally walked up to a clipboard on the other side of the counter and someone told me not to sign in there. I signed in the right clipboard and took a seat along with about 25 other people. The room was packed. When I got back to be prepped, I mentioned to the nurse doing my IV that I had small veins that collapse easy. She told me I shouldn't say that because it gave her anxiety. Like, wow. Ok. I'm pretty anxious already heading into surgery and not feeling welcomed as it is. Then my doctor never came to see me to discuss what he would be doing. The nurse said, did he talk to you? And I said no and she said, well he signed off on your paperwork. I had to literally tell them I wanted to see him. After the surgery, again my doctor did not come talk to me about how things went and when I asked the nurse what happened during the procedure she didn't know. I asked for the doctor then and she said he was already in his next surgery. I literally felt like cattle being moved in and out. I assume the surgery was successful so there's that. But otherwise, this was an AWFUL experience. Not warm, friendly, reassuring, or personal at all.

This place is an absolute disgrace. I've spent two full…read moremonths trying to get a basic colonoscopy appointment--and I still don't have one. I've gone through two separate primary care doctors just to get the referral--both were approved by my insurance. I've filled out piles of paperwork, completed their long online questionnaires, and submitted every document they asked for. Despite doing everything right, they still won't schedule the appointment. Every time I call to follow up (which I've had to do over and over), they come up with some new excuse to delay or deny my care. First, they said they needed to contact my pulmonologist. What if I didn't even have one? Then they demanded EKG results from the past six months--what if I've never had an EKG? Are they going to deny me care for that too? It's obvious they're inventing hoops for patients to jump through just to cover themselves. I've had major medical procedures in the past that never required this level of documentation or bureaucracy. What they're doing is not just frustrating--it's outright denial of care. I even got my insurance company on a three-way call with them to confirm everything was approved, and the insurance rep told them directly that I was cleared to proceed. They still refused to schedule the appointment. To top it all off, their call center is outsourced to the Philippines, staffed with people who barely speak English, are rude, untrained, and totally incompetent. There is zero follow-up, no accountability, and no one actually trying to help the patient. This is healthcare at its absolute worst. Avoid this office like the plague. If you value your time, your sanity, or your health--go somewhere else.

Antonio quickly greeted us at the door and helped get us checked in as new clients. He was incredibly pleasant and patient with us as we juggled the new surroundings with our daughter. The office is very modern and full of things for children to do while they wait. They even have a small theater for movies (so cute that they have star lighting in the ceiling in there). The area where we took our daughter to have her teeth checked/cleaned was well organized and ready with further entertainment/distraction while they patiently counted and inspected her teeth. Dr. Lynda was warm and inviting as she greeted us and our daughter. She even sang while doing her exam. After examining her teeth, she was able to explain things to us in a manner that we understood. From there, we were directed to Maria who discussed further treatment and was also very patient with us as we tried to entertain our 2 year old while having a conversation with her. So far, we have enjoyed our first experience with this practice and look forward to seeing them again.
