This repair was more than I could handle. After all, it's twenty years old, things are going to break down. I had a VERY difficult repair to my slide mechanisms that three other "mobile" companies said they could fix but didn't. In fact, one of them made it worse, charged me a lot, then left without returning to fix it. Those three just wanted "show up" money and two of them got nothing. I contacted the state atty and got a refund - a year later. I did some deeply educational homework on my slide problems so I could know exactly what and how to fix it. I ordered the parts from HWH in Iowa so they would be here when the right repairman showed up and I wouldn't be billed an exorbitant amount. However, when we left to continue our travels, the big slide kept moving out because he failed to lock the brake. We finally had to use a strap to keep it from opening in traffic! Once we got to LA, another technician came out and found that the motor was working fine. The problem was with the slide cover assembly which needs adjusted so that it's not impeding the slide movement. He also found that our A/C is working fine and just needed a new control board and capacitor - at a fraction of the cost for a new unit. I appreciate David's timeliness but I don't think his assessment of our issues were accurate.

We noticed that one of the blinds on the bunk beds is missing and the strip of LED lights for the recliner chair is missing. We tried contacting our salesman, Francisco, but he just directed us to the Service Department. And they are not very helpful, at all. It's been a few days since we have informed them about the issues, and nobody has contacted us, since. I think, they're just concerned about selling their units and not caring about their customers after they made their money. This is very disappointing. And I don't think I will do business with them next time. I don't recommend this place at all.
