They made an appointment way ahead of time and sent texts as to when they would show up. I have a 2005 G38J and usually do all the maintenance myself despite my handicap. This repair was more than I could handle. After all, it's twenty years old, things are going to break down. I had a VERY difficult repair to my slide mechanisms that three other "mobile" companies said they could fix but didn't. In fact, one of them made it worse, charged me a lot, then left without returning to fix it. Those three just wanted "show up" money and two of them got nothing. I contacted the state atty and got a refund - a year later. I did some deeply educational homework on my slide problems so I could know exactly what and how to fix it. I ordered the parts from HWH in Iowa so they would be here when the right repairman showed up and I wouldn't be billed an exorbitant amount. However, when we left to continue our travels, the big slide kept moving out because he failed to lock the brake. We finally had to use a strap to keep it from opening in traffic! Once we got to LA, another technician came out and found that the motor was working fine. The problem was with the slide cover assembly which needs adjusted so that it's not impeding the slide movement. He also found that our A/C is working fine and just needed a new control board and capacitor - at a fraction of the cost for a new unit. I think, they're just concerned about selling their units and not caring about their customers after they made their money. This is very disappointing. My wife and I took her out on our first major camping trip to Grand Lake, Oklahoma. Our trip back home on June 7th, 2024 the hanger for the axle leaf spring separated from the from and caused damage to the axle and undercarriage, including blowing out a tire. The insurance company denied the coverage due to wear and tear, existing rust and stress cracks in that area of the frame. The sales manager (Art) of Lazydays in Tucson said that they are not responsible...... and it's past the 30-day purchase warranty. I was never asked to purchase anything other coverages either. How can an RV business sell a unit that was not thoroughly inspected properly. Are they that desperate to sell units as is without any disclosures. Apparently they are... Lazydays: Annual sales loss.... 2021 = 82 million 2022 = 66 million 2023 = 110 million, their largest LOSS Please be aware of their business tactics, just saying. We are out $16,500.00 I have attached a couple of photos for reference... a lot more damage was done though.

Cameron and Rachel did additional repairs this year while we visited Tucson again since our visit…read morein 2022. We have had an issue with our residential Whirlpool Fridge that has been building ice on the bottom of the freezer from the defroster lines being clogged. RV Mechanics don't want to fix the fridge and appliance mechanics don't want to move the fridge in an RV out to gain access. Appliance repair techs will only do the repair if you get the fridge out so they have access. We have had to scrape ice out of the bottom of the freezer every three weeks for well over a year now. Cameron is the only RV Tech I have been able to find that will tackle this issue and pull the fridge out(no easy task) and do the repair. He also serviced my Oasis and had to dive in and do some additional repairs to get put system properly working again as the exhaust pipe had come off causing it to burn extra hot building carbon buildup and cracking the fuel delivery hose. The thing I most appreciate about Cameron is his dogged determination to figure out the issue and then get it repaired properly. While all this was going on Rachel serviced our 3 AC's and replaced the fan motor on the middle AC which is our only remaining OEM unit. On top of that they are very reasonable with their rates.
