Olson Insurance has delivered the best coverage and rates for my home, cars, motorcycle, camper, and health insurance. I never liked dealing with insurance companies, and I certainly never liked paying for insurance. Laura Sawka changed that for me.(I still don't like the "paying" part) Laura has been handling my insurance needs and issues for many years now. She has resolved every single issue that I have thrown at her, and believe me, I have thrown a lot of things at her. She has become my insurance buddy, and feels more like a friend than an insurance agent. I know that Laura will find me the best insurance at the best price. What more could I ask for from an insurance company than the best agent, the best coverage, and the best rates??? You can't go wrong with Olson, and definitely can't go wrong with Laura Sawka. read more

We were shopping for car and home owner's insurance. My boyfriend had used Olson previously and raved to me about Laura. Working with her this past month or so has definitely proven to me that he was right! Laura is extremely professional and helpful while at the same time being very personable. Anything I asked for (and I had lots of questions!) she was able to provide in a timely manner. She definitely went what seemed like above and beyond - I felt as if she was giving us "special treatment," but something tells me that is how she is with all her clients. As a bonus, we ended up signing on with the insurance Laura recommended as she was able to provide us with great coverage and fair rates. read more

Our environment is fast paced when it comes to surety bonds and certificates of insurances needed at numerous villages in order to obtain building permits. Cheryl is extremely prompt in sending us what we need or faxing it over directly to the villages. Our emails are always answered within 30 minutes. We actually panic when Cheryl goes on vacation because we know she's irreplaceable when it comes to our needs! read more

Craig at the Olson Insurance Group helped us with our home and auto insurance when "teen driver sticker shock" threw us for a loop! Olson Insurance found us excellent companies who insure teen age sons, and leave parents with money left to feed them. It helped to know that we had choices. Well, we got through that painful passage, and many years later, Craig and Olson Insurance remain our agents and trusted advisors. Thank you very much. read more

Olson insures the companies that I own and/or work for. I've memorized their phone & fax numbers but the e-mail address I use most often begins with the letter v (vrizzi) -- that's all I need to input (v) and I usually have a response within the hour. If she cannot answer my question, someone else from this company is responding shortly thereafter. read more
