We are deeply concerned that a well-trained horse was mishandled and injured while in their care, and that we had to pay to remove her from the facility and get her to safety. I understand the animals have to stay in quarantine but that seems very inhumane to spray the animal while cleaning the crate. No way they can do it without getting the animal wet while cleaning the car that way. Once I realized this I picked up my dog the very next day and took him else where. Then I was charged for 2 days and an exit exam. All of which is their "policy". I feel like it's a way to scam customers. Please do not take your animal there if you care about them!!! They were also very condescending when speaking to me about their policy. I took my dog to a place that has a small area outside their cage that the animal can go out to while the cage is being cleaned. Still enclosed and quarantined.
