Yet this was the case when I tried to get a store credit for a $60.00 blouse that my wife purchased less than 14 days earlier. I was told that all sales are final! I realize that a sign near the register states this, but how could it hurt to give a store credit or exchange for another size? The money still remains in house! For their unwillingness to offer the customer either of these options, I offer this review. Sorry, but you have to be somewhat flexible to retain customers.

My friend went to the restroom and came back wanting to leave because there was no t.p., but I went and got a young man who had the good grace to be embarrassed and to fix it promptly. I bought three books and got a very nicely prepared cup of coffee at the JoeMuggs area. The franchise has reduced the offerings at the area, but I was always a cup of coffee kind of person anyway. The cashier had to go across to a different register to preorder the new Prince Harry book for me, but it was handled efficiently and I got a reduced preorder price which included shipping to my home and is significantly less than I would have paid on Amazon (I checked). So, it was a pleasant visit to what is more bookstore than toy store and I saved a few bucks. Very nice.
