It's clean, stocked well and carries good quality products…read more Every time I'm in town I make it a point to stop in because this store reminds me of a fleet farm that meets a lowes home improvement store! They carry some of the best brands in the industry for a great price. The last time I was in I was looking for cracked corn for the deer that roam the back woods of the yard. I found exactly what I was looking for and they carried a 30 pound bag for $6. That's not a bad price at all for cracked corn. In our 30 minutes in the store we were asked 3 times if we needed help with anything. Even though we did not need help I did appreciate them asking. Overall just a really good store that carries some good quality products. No cheap off brands sold here.

The large gas BBQ I was buying came to just under $500, so I bought additional items to bring my purchase above $500. When I received my first the account statement, there was no such discount reflect. I called Sears customer assistance and it was a total waste of time -- I got a rude person in a foreign country who insisted there is no such offer in effect, only a $20 credit, which she granted me. Since I didn't think to photograph the signs at the store I have no evidence. And I purchased weighs over 100 pounds and it will take two hours to disassemble and an eight hour drive (I live in Chicago) to get it back to the store. Basically I feel scammed, and it's Sears inability to live up to their promises and their poor customer relations that's making them obsolete in a world soon to be dominated by Amazon and a few others who live up to their promises to customers.

Someone else's problem is now my problem. A one day project is now a two day project which has disrupted a very tight schedule. Asked for some monetary return for this inconvenience and I got laughed at. Steve doesn't value your time, money or business. Save yourself the headache, go elsewhere.
