I'm not a fan of Dentists, but then Ollie and Darsh is no "Dentist". I think Ollie and Darsh should be described as a warm, friendly, totally professional, caring Dental Practice where Care and the Customer comes first. From the very outset as you walk into the Dale street entrance, you enter the lounge and reception area, being greeted warmly and efficiently and will be immediately impressed by the detail and effort that has been made to make you feel relaxed and appreciate how important you , the customer is to Ollie and Darsh. This continues as you move downstairs to the Star Trek like Surgery. No expense has been spared in providing the latest most up to date equipment, which enables Daz (Ollie) to confidently talk you through your wishes, desires and his suggested treatment, which you would never believe possible. It is, but probably only at Ollie and Darsh where you are talked through ... but then Ollie and Darsh is no "Dentist". i wasnt sure which dentist to go to, but having been to Ollie and Darsh, i am sure i have been to the best dentist on merseyside. I was greeted by the staff in a friendly manner, and relaxed into the waiting room, before being shown through to the consultation room. Here Daz (Ollie) showed great interest in what i wanted to achieve from my treatments. From this he then described the Invisalign treatment and how it would help me achieve the perfect look that i had always wanted. I have to say that not only was the treatment first class, but it was surprisingly reasonable price wise as i found out when i researched 4 other dentists in the area. Thank you to Suzy for making me feel so welcome and at ease when I had a chat about some complex dental treatment. I'm a really nervous patient and Suzy was great at putting my mind at ease and very understanding. Big thank you to Ollie for giving me a very honest opinion on future treatment needed and referring me to another dentist for complex treatment, you could have taken my money but decided that wasn't the right thing to do, your one in a million Ollie. I have been a member of Ollie & Darsh for a couple of years now and have nothing but praise for them. The friendly staff put me at my ease straight away and I have found their prices to be more than reasonable. I am on their monthly membership scheme that helps spread the cost of checkups, ex-rays and hygiene appointments across the year.
