In addition, veal Parmesan, as I have eaten many times at various Italian restaurants, has always been served on top of the pasta with plenty of sauce and cheese and baked until the cheese melts, and not on a separate plate. I ordered a pink sauce and it was absolutely horrible with barely any flavor whatsoever. I definitely make better Italian food at home and I'm not Italian, I'm mostly German. The cost for this garbage I was served was $30!! The veal was MAYBE 1/8" thick with way too much breading in addition to being overcooked. I wish I had taken a picture of this poor excuse for a "fine dining" Italian meal! I've gotten better Italian dishes from the local pizzerias by far. We were poorly serviced. Drinks were left empty. We were not even questioned about the quality and satisfaction of the food. Server presence was sparse indeed. The owner/hostess was very rude upon learning of our dissatisfaction. However, she didn't bat an eye at receiving $1000 for the birthday dinner. It appears that there is an over abundance of beaurocracy practiced. If you're a regular customer, they kiss your butts. If you're not, you are ignored. I will NEVER PATRONIZE this restaurant again!!! It's DEFINITELY NOT WORTH MY TIME AND MONEY!!

I thought this was an ideal spot, so off we went. Iberian Lounge is located on the second floor of the hotel, off the fountain lobby across from Trevi 5. The space is kinda large for a lounge - they have a mixture of tables with soft furniture, a couple of couches, and stools at the bar. The decor has a somewhat Spanish theme (hence the name), and it matches the former hotel lobby it sits off of. In addition to the obligatory drinks, the lounge also serves food. We were gonna eat later, though, so we opted to just have the former. I was in Hershey so I wanted to try one of their signature drinks so I went with their Hershey's Kiss Signature Martini. This kinda blew my mind if I'm being honest - the drink was clear like a martini but it tasted so much like a Hershey's Kiss - my mind couldn't comprehend this as i consumed the delicious sips. Service was great, everyone was friendly and our drinks came out promptly. Overall, I had a great experience at Iberian Lounge - the drinks were fun, and the atmosphere was comfortable. This is an ideal place to chill while at Hotel Hershey.

My experience at the lounge was enjoyable, the man working that evening was friendly and welcoming. I purchased my 2 cigars, ordered my drink and was given a bottle water as well which I thought was a nice touch (as opposed to glass of water). I sat at the bar, had some light conversations but not enough that it felt forced or evasive. I was there for a little over an hour, enough to finish 1 stick. It is a cozy welcoming lounge with a very nice selection of spirits. I look forward to visiting again the next time in Hershey.
