He made sure the home inspection was thorough even as a newly built building, he walked the neighborhood with me and did research to ensure it would be a good investment property in the future, and what really stood out to me was that he went above and beyond to carve out time and suggest we sit down to rule out any other options online. This was something he did not have to do, as I had pretty much made up my mind already.
