This has been over a period of about eight to ten years. They're prices may not be cheap, but neither is their work. Never suggested work that was unneeded. They have told me not to do things I thought I might need more often than telling me I need to do work. I know several well respected mechanics in town that speak highly of them. I haven't used their bathroom, but I wouldn't consider the condition of a bathroom when rating a mechanics shop. Restaurant? I care. Daycare facility? You bet. Mechanics shop? Don't care, just fix my truck. They have always been pleasant and seem professional. Oh, and I like cats.

As a female customer, their waiting area has a HUGE cat that wanders wherever it pleases and the female bathroom facilities are so gross that my family has been talking about it for the entire month the truck has been submitted. Seriously, razors...hair...curling iron - my sister said she wanted to wash her hands, but it was pointless as her hands were cleaner than the bathroom. Judging off the butcher install they did on my car they clearly don't have access to the proper instructions and/or wiring diagrams nor do they employ someone who knows anything about electronics. My stereo no longer works like it should, my hood no longer closes properly, they cut my battery cover because they couldn't figure out how to undo the tabs (I wish I was kidding), they removed several exterior panels so they could jerry rig the camera install, my windshield is no longer sealed properly and I'm afraid the other trim piece they removed will fly off while I'm driving, and it took them 9 hours to do it. The guy was nice enough but if he doesn't pay to fix what he broke then I don't care. I am a mechanic and automotive electronics installs are a hobby of mine so I know what I'm talking about.

I dropped my car off around 10am, they called me an uber to school, and by 1:30 I received a text with a detailed evaluation of my vehicle and an itemized list of recommended repairs/maintenance. I picked my vehicle up later that same day and they walked me through the evaluation--they were super transparent and even recommended I forego some maintenance that was not immediately necessary since I sought the eval with the goal of ultimately selling the car. Their evaluation of my car was free and they didn't press me to schedule repairs or bring cars back to them in the future, but I will definitely be back because of their professionalism and transparency.
