I needed to make sure my property is being taken care of between guests this summer. Not always an easy task when you live a far distance from your rental. I'm very happy to have found Bayla's! I've had them out to my cottage three times for cleanings between guests already this season and the compliments I get from my guests are amazing! Rj is always quick to answer all calls and inquiries and even went as far as to video call me to show me some minor damage left my guest; which he repaired for me. 6 Stars & Highly Recommended.

June, 2026 Lee…read moreSenter, owner of Fresh and Clean, ruined my Persian Tabriz rug. Unbeknownst to me, he sent my $4000.00 silk rug to the Rug Company for cleaning, who destroyed it. The deep red colours ran, the leather backing separated, the once beautiful rug ruined without the decency of a return phone call. There was no offer of compensation once it became clear that the rug could not be salvaged. I contacted Fresh and Clean many times in the past year, but still, no response from this shabby unprofessional. I will take legal action for compensation. Do not use this company if you value your rugs. After more than ten years as a loyal customer, I am disgusted with Fresh and Clean. Dale-Anne S.

Alex and his associate came to my home in Markham over the weekend and did an amazing job cleaning…read moremy three piece couch set. He was super easy to communicate with the was honest and transparent with pricing. He does residential work on weekends so it's very convenient if you work during the week. Alex is a great person, very friendly, honest and knowledgeable, you can tell he is passionate about his work and knows what he is doing. I love to support small businesses like this! The good: - arrived promptly and ready to get started. - they worked away and completed the job in under 2 hours - they use advanced equipment and even did a blue light test since I have a pet and used an enzyme remover to minimize smells - they were extremely clean while working and when leaving, you couldn't even tell they'd been there. They cover their feet and cleaned everything they used in the house...thanks guys! - alex was very thorough and knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions my mom and I had. He suggested a yearly clean, will definitely be calling him back this summer to do my other sofa set! - so transparent in pricing, the couch had intricate folds but he pulled them right back and cleaned every inch of the couch and was true to pricing. The bad: - none that I can think of! Give Alex a call for couch, and carpet cleaning, we don't have carpet so I can't comment on this but check the google reviews for details.
