He really took his time explaining everything, which made the process much less overwhelming. I also appreciated that he gave me a few days to think it over instead of pushing for a quick decision. After comparing everything, I decided to go with Axent -- and I'm so glad I did. The pricing was fair, communication was excellent, and the delivery and installation went smoothly. The install team was fantastic. They worked efficiently, cleaned everything up, and even vacuumed before leaving -- it honestly looked like they had never even been there. Not only did we request a custom kitchen design based on our architect and designers designs, we also needed custom cabinetry in our bathroom as well. We came across Belco Cabinets via our general contractor and boy are we glad we did. From the very first meeting we were treated with professionalism and respect. We know that we were not their biggest customer, nor did we spend more money than any other customer but they made us feel like we did. This is not a online clearinghouse, nor mass produced Chinese cabinetry. This is precise design and every time I called with a question about design, measurements, hardware, symmetry, paint colors, paint sheen, cabinet lighting, sliding drawers, specially cabinet design, heck even things in the kitchen that didn't have anything to do with cabinets but the kitchen in general; they answered the phone and greeted me by name. They were there day or night to walk us through the process. Even after the cabinets were installed and we needed some follow up we were treated like their most important customer. I had my hardwood floors refinished for the first time since the house was built in 1956. I'm very impressed and extremely happy with the results. They also replaced all of the baseboards, which were mismatched after multiple renovations over the years. I was shopping around for a headliner replacement on a 2006 GMC Sierra that I just bought for a…read moreranch/work/snow truck. I had 2 quotes, one for $500 and one for $600. I called Felipe and he would NOT give me a price over the phone and asked me to swing by. If he was not on the way to my kids school, I honestly would not have stopped in. I am really glad I did. Felipe told me that those prices are really low and if I am shopping just for price that I should go with one of them. He normally charges $900+ for this type of work and met me in the middle at $750. He did an amazing job and I could not be happier. In the end I chose Felipe because I trusted him. He is a great guy and honest. He does not try to sell you or BS you and is very straightforward. If I ever need service like this, I will be coming back to him for sure. Highly recommended for any upholstery work. I noticed when I was detailing it that he fixed my headrest. The cover was coming off and needed repair.
