I was so disappointed when I arrived home in Village Walk yesterday to find my magnolia tree butchered. It's 16 years old, and was beautiful. I have lived here six years, and that has never been done. The tree was not in the walkway or near the roof, and gave the area a park like atmosphere. I talked to the supervisor, Donald, who told me it is not a mature tree, and that's what he was told to do. That is ridiculous, as magnolias ten to fifteen years old are considered mature, and pruning can kill them. Why does he, as an arborist, not know this??? My tree will never grow back, how sad. By the way, I asked Donald if he would be replacing the trees if they die, and he said no, because he is only doing what Village Walk asked for. Does he not have responsibility, as the expert, to let them know pruning is dangerous in mature magnolias? read more

Jared overbilled the insurance company, excessively. Even he admitted it. Insurance wanted a new invoice and he has yet to provide it...Unreasonable demands from me to be paid. Sent thug to house and Jared showed up at my house yelling and screaming in front driveway. Had to call 911. read more
