If anyone needs a day of coordinator, Zarah is thee one! She went above and beyond for my daughters Debut/18th Birthday. I don't know what I would have done without her. From making me realize I got the wrong votive candles with too short of a candle life, to finding one with good reviews the day before the event and making sure we got them on time. She made sure all the vendors were on time, helped solve an issue with the entrance decor gone wrong, chair delivery issues and everything in between. Everything went so well and smoothly during the event. I even received compliments from my guest on how everything flowed so well during the entire event and how much fun everyone had. My experience was Zarah and Olive&Sage was beyond exceptional when creating an event for my elopement. She was so creative when putting a vision together for you with a dreamy mood board. Then her recommendations were just more than I could imagine myself. She made immediate accommodations for my family so it would be comfortable to sit. And worked with a florist to make a flower lei for my dog. Then, made sure the timeline was perfect so the vision was complete. The evening of the event was cloudy and super cold, but the beauty of it all helped us forget it. Everything from the details of the menu, flowers, food setup, beautiful desserts, blankets, to take away boxes...I couldn't have pictured anything better. Booked a surprise picnic in La Jolla with an ocean view! The set up was far more than we expected and my friends enjoyed it so much. The experience was amazing, fun and an everlasting memory. The charcuterie board provided from Grazing Box SD was phenomenal, one of us was a vegetarian so they had a board of just fruits and cheese, the other board had meat, very thoughtful. They provide board games, dinner wear and a music speaker. There was multiple themes/ layouts to choose from as well, I think we chose the boho! 10/10 would recommend. There was a lot of other picnic type events around us but I felt ours stood out as the quality and thought was put into every detail. Celebrated my wife's bday with a deluxe picnic from Olive and Sage. Zarah was great with setting up my appt, and letting me know exactly what was included, along with letting me choose the theme and food items. Since I was not a fan of sunset cliffs with a little one for the location, Zarah suggested Del Mar park which still had a beautiful ocean view. My wife was thrilled and so surprised with the picnic and we loved all the food and drinks we had. The jar desserts were yummy too. The little one enjoyed having some board games to play while we snacked and enjoyed the ocean view. She is super sweet, professional and on time. All the details that go in, make it a magical day. My friend and I booked for two, which was $100. Definitely a steal especially for everything else that was included..setup and clean up, speakers, lighting, games, huge charcuterie and beverages, super cute decor, and a memorable time with my sistahsistah!! My group and I found them through instagram and it all started with a simple DM. Olive and Sage was very prompt with responding and very accommodating when we had a change of date and location. We actually wanted to have our picnic in a park but there were a few concerns in our party about public spaces. I booked with Olive and Sage for a Sprinkle for my girlfriend. I live in LA and the Sprinkle was in San Diego. All the details were taken care of prior to event via email or text with Zahra. She helped refer me to other vendors for certain things such as a bakery which also did a great job and she also got us a arch with balloons which were adorable. Not only was her setup just so cute and on point... her and her crew came in... helped set it all up and incorporated all of the extra things we had as well. Had so much fun at our gorgeous picnic at Kate sessions park. Everything was set up with such a beautiful aesthetic in mind! I decided to use Olive and Sage on a weekend my mom came in town as part of our girls weekend. Zarah was super communicative throughout the entire process. I told her I was vegan and she made sure to include plenty of vegan options on the charcuterie board.
