Not bad pizza. Nothing to rave about either. I'm in town for the night and felt like having a pizza. Ordered a medium "Rig" and added mushrooms and caramelized onions. Ordered a thin crust. Came with a thick crust and the girl behind the counter wanted me to pay extra for a couple packets of grated parmigiana cheese so I declined the parmigiana. Again, not great pizza by any means but not terrible. $26 plus tip came out to a little over $30 for a mediocre pie. read more

At first I was skeptical because the online ordering didn't work & no one answered the phone either time we called BUT the hotel clerk raves about it so we drove over. Nice place, quiet, & clean. Great art pieces & decorated. Wide variety of beers. Didn't see anything on tap though. Pizza was simply delicious! I live in FortSt John and have ordered from Olio's several times. This is well warranted for a review. Please read below... In my opinion, when a business lacks respect for you the paying customers they must be held accountable. I have ordered from Ohio's several times over the four months I have lived here and, being one who rarely complains I can say the food was sub-par but delivered warm/hot. The last two times however... with tonight being the worst food delivery of my life. Its time to call this place out on thier S%$!. I am now motivated to go on this rant. Tonight, Sunday April 23,2017, I call and order a Taco wrap and (20) hot wings. Total $31. I wait 45 minutes as predicted by the staff member who took the order. I open up the wrap it is cold and soggy. I falls apart just opening the damn thing. The wings were the worst. So they delivered 20 of the most unappealing wings I have seen that had no sauce on them. They had the damn sauce in a side dish for me to mix over them myself?! Really this the respect you have for a customer paying for your over priced, shit food?! This to me is a complete disgrace for a business and I will never order from them again! I will be sure to pass on my experience with Olios. I can honestly say this is the worst food delivery I have had, and I have lived in Forest Lawn in Calgary, Alberta. read more

WORST SERVICE EVER! so, when it comes to delivery pizza I am usually not that picky. we ordered a pizza. it was delivered & when we got inside & looked at the pizza it was a completely different pizza. we called back. they gave us the wrong pizza, so they retook our order again & said it would ANOTHER 45 minutes. then a different guy called back twenty minutes later & RE~asked us all of our order & information. he had no idea what our actual order was. he then told us it would be another 45-an hour. he asked if we could come pick it up. we said 'no, that is the reason we ordered "delivery"'. then when we asked for a dipping sauce, he said he would charge us for it! still waiting for our pizza. I don't care how good it is, at this point cardboard would taste good. read more

Love the pizzas, but the service is bad. I usually order pizza and one of their salads for pickup, and I keep going back because the food is great. Can't go wrong with the Olio's Casa, BBQ chicken, and Frankie's chicken. But like I said, the service could use some work. Be prepared to wait a while, their estimated times are usually way off. Customer service is not good at the best of times in Fort St John, so I don't think it's completely Olio's fault. If the service was better, I'd definitely give 5 stars. read more

Best pizza in FSJ by a long way. In fact would struggle to find another in BC (or Canada) to come close. In fact would have to go as far as the Pizza a Metro in Melbourne Australia for a competitor (so, yes, I know pizza). Fresh local ingredients generously portioned. Good pizza. Absolutely terrible service. I order at 730 was finally delivered by the cook at 910. Pizza was luke warm and this has happened 3 times in a row now. The amount of business they get out of this particular house and this is how they treat us. Not even 1 star ordered from them for years great food great service. The one time I have a complaint the staff was extreamly confrontational, they swore and yelled and so on. I simply had a complaint about the quality of food and them missing a salad completely, I proceeded to ask for them to bring the proper food as soon as they could ( being as I live literally a block away) aS an hour had passed, I proceeded to call them back and tell them I don't want it anymore, they put me on the phone with the delivery driver and she proceeded to argue and raise her voice at me when I was calm. I then spoke with the "manager" who said he would replace the money for the salads and he was sorry, a delivery driver would be there immediately. The driver came to my door, with the salad and a cheese cake and no money. Called again spoke with the manager. And told him I would be in another day to pick up the refund. Then when I come in to get the refund I get yelled at told there are no refunds and the day Time female manager proceeded to swear and at that point I told her to have a nice day and left. We proceeded to call later that day to only be escalated by the female manager about how they don't do refunds and that we are wrong and so on. Not only has the food quality declined dramatically since they reopened but the service time and the way the staff present themselves and how they treat customers is unacceptable. I have been ordering from here for some time because they made a nice hearty Pizza with lots of toppings. 3 out of the 4 last times have been very disappointing. They are now very cheap with the toppings. They are now laid out in a very thin single layer. Instead of one topping on another it is one topping beside another forming one thin layer. Had their pizza as my first meal in fsj and I loved it! I had the Greek and my BF had the Canadian, we also ordered the garlic cheese bread. All of it was delicious. The service was great from the girl who took my order to the delivery guy, and it arrived on time. I will definitely be going to Olio's again :) read more
