The staff were friendly. Food was hot and delicious. However it seemed longer than normal to get your food. When we walked in to the time we left there were still dirty tables with dishes. Online order for pick up. Order ready on time. They offer curbside but my credit card would not go through online so I had to go in to pay. No big deal. Absolutely unacceptable behavior at Olga's Kitchen - Chesterfield location (11/19/25 around 6:45 PM). Tonight, I witnessed an older male manager screaming at an employee in front of customers. As someone who has been a server for many years, this kind of treatment toward staff is disgusting and completely uncalled for. No employee deserves to be spoken to that way--ever. I even told my own server (who thankfully was NOT the one being yelled at) that the manager should be ashamed of himself. Our server then informed us that this is how he acts all the time toward the staff. That sealed it for me. I will never return to this establishment, and Olga's should be absolutely ashamed that this type of environment is allowed to exist in their restaurant. Treating employees with respect is the bare minimum, and clearly this location has no intention of doing that. Do better, Olga's. read more

Every waiter/waitress has looked at us sitting in the booth. Several made eye contact with me. Most noticed our menus were placed at the end of the table - we are ready to order. It had been awhile since we ordered... we're big fans of the bread & snacker cheese. I was quite surprised to see some big changes to the menu. Snacker bread bowls, mac&cheese, potstickers and eggrolls, to name a few. We ordered our usual salads, tasted the same as we remembered but were larger, quite unusual in this day & age, some potstickers and bourbon pulled pork mac&cheese. The potstickers had nice flavor but I'd like a sauce other than just soy sauce. The Mac & cheese in the bread bowl with bourbon bbq pulled pork... that was outstanding! Super cheesy, bbq sauce had good flavor; I don't recall tasting bacon, but that's ok by me because I'm not a huge fan. Hubby said next time he is skipping the salad and just ordering the mac & cheese. He NEVER skips the salad. Our only complaint is we didn't get any Swiss almond cheese for the two huge containers of snackers. We'll be trying some other new items the next time we order! Definitely recommend! read more

Finally made it out to the Chesterfield Olga's! Should've been done long ago. An absolute dining treat. Extra special for me since it was just the oldest daughter, Mrs. E. and myself. Everyone raved about their meals. I've always felt the Perfect Trio to be the best deal. You get any trio-size classic Olga and your choice of two Classic side items. Today it was an original Olga, side salad and peasant soup. The girls told me their cheese Olga's we're too much to finish. Maybe we should've held off ordering the baskets of snackers. Impossible. The Swiss Almond cheese spreads that accompanies is very addicting. At any rate, my lunch was terrific. A great experience. Our first visit here and we were honored to have the services of Toni. She is friendly, speedy and deadly accurate. That's another perfect trio, in my book! We were pleasantly surprised by how clean and incredibly roomy the eatery truly is. Then i checked in using my yelp app and it said there was a free dessert with purchase. I have been 3-4 times since moving to the area. Food has been consistent and delish. Glad to see they still have the old format where a waiter / waitress will serve you. Some other Olga's locations have more of a fast food format where you order at a counter and they bring the food out to you which I dislike. They also bring you plenty of fries with your order and aren't stingy. read more

What made us give 4 and not 5 stars is because we arrived at 10:50 so 20 minutes after opening and the floor were not clean. Our table wasn't the best either. And unfortunately if you can even keep your floors clean it worries me how clean the kitchen is. There was no way in 20 minutes and only having 10 people in there that they made the mess. Everywhere was crumbs on the floor. You guys just opened! This should be the cleanest place around. I'll be back but will see how clean it is... Side note: straws are very bad for the environment and harm animals. I wasn't even given a choice for a straw, it was in our drinks. Olga's makes great food. But the business has terrible customer service and demonstrate zero accountability. Imagine ordering delivery through Olga's website and paying olga's to deliver a meal to your house and never receive it? And then when you call twice to restaurant, explaining you never received the order and need a refund, they tell you, and I am directly quoting their manager, "its not our problem, its your problem". Thats what happened to me. I pleaded with them to make this right, because I honestly love their food and restaurant. They would not. And I ended with "why should i ever do business with you again?" and he said "i dont know thats your problem". That's the kind of business this is. That's the kind of managers they hire. They stole money from me and said its my problem. Which makes you wonder if this lack of accountability is spread to other areas of their operations. I've been a long time customer of the Olga's chain. And its just disappointing because I honest to god love their food. Food has always been great. Came in for our carry out order, only three tables were sat and there were at least 4 servers hanging out by the kitchen just looking at us by the cashier. Each one of them looked at us a couple times not even a "someone will be with you soon." From working in the food industry I understand when it's close to end of shift you're just passing time but there is a bare minimum to how you act. Over 5 minutes pass and we were finally asked why we were here, food wasn't ready and after we paid lady asked if we wanted a receipt we said no thanks and she just walked away. I usually choose the spinach dip, but this time we tried the pizza snackers, which was just some tomato sauce with large chunks of tomato and some parmesan. Good, but I like the spinach dip better, creamier and more flavorful. I have never waited for a table for here. Seems whenever I am here, it's dead, which usually means better service. Our waitress tonight was great, all smiles and very attentive. My son ordered the broccoli soup, his absolute favorite. Said if he had to pick between tacos or broccoli soup everyday, he would pick the soup. It is delicious. I ordered some for myself as well. I got the spinach pie combo with soup. I thought on the menu it stated a cup of soup, however I received a bowl. Which I'm not going to complain about, but I was so full after eating the soup I didn't even touch my spinach pie. Good leftovers for lunch tomorrow I guess. With so many options of Olga sandwiches, snackers, soups, salads and fries, there is something for everyone. Very disappointed in their curbside pickup. On every Olgas website or social, it is very clear that if you request curbside pickup, a staff member is to bring your online order to your car so there is no need to go inside (especially during a pandemic). This is why they have curbside pickup parking spots. Once you place an order, you get an email saying to click the "I'm here" button and then you are redirected to a page where it says someone will bring you your order very soon. I used this curbside pickup for the first time and did exactly as I was supposed to and waited ten minutes past when the order said it would be ready and no one brought out my order. I had to go inside and when I asked a staff member why my order wasn't ready, they directed me to their Grab and Go section where it had been sitting for ten minutes and proceeded to say "Oh, normally everyone just comes in and get it." What's the point of a CURBSIDE PICKUP, if you have to GO INSIDE? Let alone make me wait past the pickup time and not have any one inform me that apparently curbside pickup is not a thing at this location. Because of this, my food was cold by the time I arrived home and the staff did not seem to care about their company policies. Very frustrating and will not be ordering curbside or grab and go or whatever they feel like doing that day from here again. read more

I really love Olga's! I loved it as a kid and nothing much has changed. I was happy when this location opened. I've never had to wait for a table but I've only been there on weekdays. The service has been friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is nice, modern. But I go there for the food. My all-time favorite is the original Olga. The salad is another favorite and the peasant soup...yum! Of course, Olga bread is the star of the show. I've even gone in a few times for carryout, just for the bread. If you order bread you can ask for some of the Olga sauce to go with it. I did that once and it was included. The "snackers" are little triangles of the famous Olga bread toasted or fried with seasoning. They are super tasty, and they come with the peasant soup. I'd recommend those as well! I haven't tried any of the desserts, though they always look tempting. I'm always too full after my original Olga! I do know that when I was a kid I used to love the orange cream cooler, but haven't had it in a long time. It was like a creamsicle in a glass. One time I was having lunch at Olga's at Oakland mall (this was a long time ago) with my mom and who came to our table to say hello? Olga herself! She was such a character. I'm really torn about this review. I've been to the Olga's on 23 and had the best experience. This new location not so much. The wait time for my carry out was numbing and I mean physically numbing because I stood most of the time. The young lady who took my order initially was polite. However, after standing around waiting I watched as she waited on her friend taking her order, they chatted, she showed her pictures on her phone and then she too sat to wait. After about 25 minutes of waiting a manager approaches me asks my name goes to check my order and says there's only one more order ahead of yours. After about 10 minutes the cashiers friend got her food--mind you I placed my order before hers. The cashier approaches us I'm thinking it's my food it clearly wasn't. She hands the girl the bag they chat some more, I look at the warming counter and there is my food waiting. They wrap up their conversation and she returns to the counter leaving my food there on the warmer and me still waiting. It wasn't until the manager opens the bag looks at the receipt and starts to bring it to me. Get home and of course there is no extra garlic sauce like I asked and my food was cold. Mind you I even tipped on the carry out. I get it it's Friday you guys are packed but how about not allowing phones on the floor during business hours so your cashiers aren't distracted. The food is amazing and always on time. If you go to Olga's ask for Tammy Ro. She goes above and beyond. Our drinks are never empty, she is so kind and always in a great mood and makes you feel welcomed. She is always on top of things and really takes care of you!! Went today for lunch around noon & the place was busy, but we didn't have to wait to be seated. Had a pleasant server & was attentive also. Started off w/ a basket of Snackers, deeeeelish! Warm & soft, as they're supposed to be w/ a scoop of the Swiss cheese spread (my FAVE!). I had a ham & cheese on Olga bread w/ Olga fries, served hot , fresh & the bread was soft. My friend had a steak & cheese on Olga bread w/ Olga fries, also served hot & on soft bread. Our food order came out fast & everything was correct.
