If I could give 0 stars I would!! This company is pathetic. I leased a church building from them and within one year opened a childcare center in the building as well. We had some struggles I will admit but they were more patient with the last tenant before us who was writing bad checks and robbing banks. Again we had our struggles sometimes paying and as a young black male I just needed a little help maybe even a partnership. They eventually put the church on market for sale and had people coming through the building. The person that was to buy it back out they evicted us. The property now sits abandoned, grass hasn't been cut since we left, the homeless are having their way with the building and it is sad that they couldn't work with us to help us to a place of success the building was leased to us in bad shape but we gave it tender loving care. I am so disappointed in how this company handled things. read more

Terrible customer service. Had a question about a property we were possibly interested in purchasing and had to call, email twice and DM to get a response over two weeks. The property had an available sign in its front yard, but was actually sold. The response I got from "Lou" was "sold. Sorry." I can't believe that's how any professional would respond to a prospective client. read more

Construction flaws and warranty work have not been addressed/completed on my townhouse purchased in January 2021. Some items are well over a year old. Builder has been unresponsive. I had 5 roof leaks and 4 window leaks in the master bedroom that caused significant interior damage. There are holes in the ceiling from where the water came through, paint bubbling off the walls and wood floors that are separating and warping from roof leaks & upstairs toilet that was not installed correctly and flooded urine water to the second floor. Exterior trim paint is peeling off after 20 months. On 1/18/22 I spoke face-to-face with the builder in his office and he was going to have his project manager contact me that day. That January office meeting is the last I've heard from Olerio Homes. The punch list still has multiple open items, the oldest now 563 days old! read more

The alleyway on their new construction home on Clover Lane in Midway Hollow has been trashed for the last few months. They don't seem to care that the neighbors with rear entry garages have to drive over their mess daily. I contacted the owner, Lou Olerio, to voice my concern and after hearing his initial defensive reply, placing blame on the city, I informed him it was his vendors or workers. Their drink bottles and Bimbo wrappers have actually blown into my back driveway, with plastic coverings, mud, rocks and wires covering the alleyway His next classless comment was to call me a Jerk and offered no solution nor cared to resolve this issue. This seems to be their standard and must represent the care they give the buyers of the homes they build. I'm a Realtor and would not recommend their product based on the appearance of their projects and the attitude of the owner. read more
