Luke was able to get rid of dark stains near the edge of windows that prior cleaner failed to remove. First, they watered the foundation plantings, then they did the pressure washing with the chemicals, then they again rinsed and watered the foundation plantings. Bottom line they got the dirt and water stains off the stucco. Third, I like that it's a family run business. The son and a worker both of whom did the work were great, pleasant to deal with and knowledgeable and answered any questions.
