The work is sloppy, and it took much longer than it should have because a tempered glass window for the bathroom had to be reordered after the inspection failed. They refused to complete the windows that did pass inspection until the new window arrived over a month later. The power cord from my outdoor water filter, which ran through the exterior wall to an interior plug, disappeared. The hole in the wall was plugged, leading me to believe it was deliberately covered up. It was an additional expense to have it replaced. I just had my house power-washed, and the dirt that is embedded in the caulking around most of the windows did not come off. Now, I am confronted with that expense. I wish I had never dealt with beeline.

Not only did Kilburn Construction repair the Hardy Board and underlying plywood, but they also brought the entire area "up to code." It looks better now than when we purchased our home. Polite, neat, and efficient, they left no trash or debris as they were doing their work. Chris is so knowledgeable he corrected additional problems we acquired from our original builder and gave us solid advice for our future painting project. Trevor was also so very polite and a great worker as well. If truly care about your home and want to maintain it, you need to call Kilburn Construction. I never got that call, and I wasted an hour waiting for them because believed I had an appointment, or at least that was the excuse I received when they called back days later. I scheduled another appointment with them when they called days later, and that appointment came and went with the no service and no phone calls. I wasted hours of my life only to be called to schedule another appointment that did not happen. I received a second apology call today, at 8PM, in which the technician called me buddy, made demands of me, talked poorly of the company, and expected my pity because he had been out for the day at the hospital. I totally understand changing appointments, but there needs to be a phone call letting the customer know PRIOR to the time of service, not five hours later. This is not the call center or technicians fault, someone in management needs to evaluate their systems, I am sure I am not the first person to have this issue. TLDR Don't call them, they don't show up to appointments, don't answer their own phones, and then act like it is your fault. PS the hours of operation don't match reality.
