Asaro makes a wide variety of oils and condiments for cooking. I've tried the Partanna line oils which are very good but the star is their Paesano line. Their unfiltered and organic lines are perhaps some of the best oils I've ever tried.A rich, dark, golden greenish colour with a very strong rich taste.
