Upon being told we were in network and having several appointments scheduled and attended we received a bill and told we were in fact not in network and would be sent to collections if not paid. I would never go to a medical office let alone make follow ups if I was told we were out of network. They continued to schedule more appointments and see me as a patient without ever informing that we were out. When I argued this they said it is on us to see if we were in network and that we shouldn't just go by what THE DENTIST OFFICE TELLS YOU. So basically don't trust what they tell you because you may receive a bill two months later.
