She has a great nurse, Amy who greets us and gets us checked in with vitals, updating chart, asking pertinent questions. Nicloe is kind, compassionate and very through. She listens and asks follow up questions. We we never feel rushed. She keeps up with mammogram and bone density screenings. Refills meds as needed and is genuinely interesred in our health and wellbeing. All office and lab staff are friendly. And there is amlpe parking.

That was three babies ago and we have since moved. We have enjoyed all the doctors at the practice and now drive across town instead of finding an office more convenient. They also have and nice voicemail box to call after hours if you are worried about something. They also have two different check ins depending on if you are there for a visit or if the kids aren't feeling well. This made my wife feel more safe bringing a new born to check in on a different side then those who are sick. We recommend these folks to all our friends.

Needed an unexpected appointment today but wasn't sure if same day was needed so called the advice line, & they said to come in today and gave us a time. Upon arrival, each parking spot is numbered and has a sign saying to text patient name, DOB, and parking spot #. Masks to be worn, temp check before entry. We arrived a bit early & only had a very short wait for my teen to go in to be seen. I appreciate nearly always being able to get in when needed in a prompt time frame. If you can't trust your family Pediatricians to carefully follow Covid prevention protocols, who can you trust? I'm glad we can trust this practice.

Dr. Laney was making rounds that day and came into our room and immediately made us feel at ease. He was so kind to us and answered all of our first time parent questions. After his visit we had a phone call in our hospital room to schedule our first appointment which I was also very impressed with because you are so busy that first week with a new baby. Since our daughters birth 5 months ago we have been back for all of her checkups and I have been beyond satisfied with the staff and other doctors. They truly care about the patients and the parents and are very accommodating. I had many personal phone calls from Dr. Lynch with some issues with my daughter and she was so positive and helpful. I would recommend this office to anyone.

I'm ashamed to admit that I haven't had a primary care doctor for years…read more I can't recall the last time that I got sick enough to need a doctor, but that doesn't excuse it. So when I was in need of immunizations for an upcoming trip to India, I was in a bind. I called a couple offices under my insurance, and the soonest I could get in as a new patient would be months after my trip. That was the case when I called Norton Community Medical Associates in Mid City Mall too, but the clerk there was able to get me in the following morning due to a cancellation at their sister site on Barret Avenue. And that's how I met Dr. Ana Overley. She was quick and efficient. Chatting with me about my overall health needs, while also getting me what I needed for my trip, which ended up being three vaccinations and some malaria pills. I also appreciate that she didn't redo a bunch of basic dianostic tests and bloodwork that I just had done at my ob/gyn. She just asked that I get a copy and bring the results with the next time I come in. Done. She was easy to talk to and put me at ease. And the staff person, who gave me my shots, also deserves some commendation. I'm not a big fan of needles, and I did not feel the needles go into my arm. Fast and relatively pain-free -- that's what I want when I must get a shot. The office was also immaculately clean. The front desk staff was courteous. I feel better knowing that I now have a primary care office near my home I can rely on.
