I was recommended to go to Dr Kemparajurs who is the main Doctor of the office, I have met him and he seems to be wonderful as well! I have never heard anything but good reviews on him. I just prefer a female doctor. It is convenient to get an appointment and they have good hours. So far they have been very on time; within ten minutes of arriving. Even if early! The office is always comfortable and clean.

I've had several occasions to go to some of the doctors located here and they are very convenient for anyone living in the area. There is ample parking in their huge parking lot.

First, let me say that overall the staff here is very friendly and I'm sure they are extremely busy and have a lot to deal with on a daily basis. It's hard to please everyone, I get it. That being said, when I have needed them to address a concern I have or call in a prescription, it was not done. Pros: The office staff is nice and friendly. The waiting list for an appointment isn't impossibly long. I think I had to wait about 2 weeks. The office and exam rooms are clean. The new patient registration process is all digital, which I find to be a welcome break from filling out the lengthy forms by hand. Dr. Mann is kind and knowledgeable and I believe that she truly cares about her patients. Cons: Even though their website says they have priority appointments, I was told that it's not truly an option (maybe my issues weren't important enough?) Seems a bit misleading though. My first appointment there was scheduled early in the morning, so I'm not sure how they were already so behind. I waited in the lobby for almost 2 hours. I was later told that an "emergency" came up and that's why I was pushed to have to wait so long. Understandable. I had just moved here from out of town and needed a refill for a medication that I take daily. I left the office that day under the impression that it would be called in that day, which it wasn't. I had to call the office several times and in the end, it took 6 days for my medication to be called in to the pharmacy. I was told that Dr. Mann was behind on her "charting" and that's why it took so long. Not understandable. Not okay. A month or so later, I called the office on a Friday to ask a medical question concerning a medication they had prescribed to me and a current "female problem" that I was experiencing. I didn't think I could make it through the weekend without treating this particular issue. I had to call twice before someone called me back. The person who called me back was very nice and informative (she was a nurse, I think). She answered some of my questions and said that Dr. Mann would review my note and likely call in a prescription later that day in order to help me with my "female problem". Unfortunately, Dr. Mann never called me back and she never sent my prescription. No word, no reason, no follow up. Here I am Saturday morning, and I'm stuck waiting over the weekend, in pain, because they are closed on Saturday and Sunday. In summary, although the staff is nice and informative when you can get a hold of them, they do not address issues or call in/send prescriptions in a timely manner. It is up to you to follow up with them when you need something from them. I will call them when they are open next week and address the same issues I have listed on here (maybe they are unaware of the problem?). Depending on how that goes, I will likely seek care with another practice that I can depend on. I hope that this information helps others make a more informed decision when deciding if this practice is right for them.

Dr McDanald was my OB from the time I was 15ish to 25 (before Obamacare and my employer messed up…read moremy insurance situation) He was always very thorough, made me feel like my health was a priority, and had great bedside manner. He always listened to me and worked with me for a plan of care that met my needs - including getting a Mirena at age 20 despite never having children. He made that process as painless as possible. And when I had to get a new one at 25, he made that procedure are easy as it could be. Whenever I had any test results come back as abnormal, he took all precautions necessary. He spent quite a bit of time explaining results and treatment options. He was very calming, and even when I had to "go under the knife" I had no worries, because I knew I was in good hands. Unfortunately, due to ObamaCare more or less forcing people to get new insurance one way or another, I was no longer able to afford Dr McDanald. While I was sad to no longer be in his care, he was kind enough to recommend OBs that were covered by my insurance. He is a fabulous physician, I recommend him to anyone who has insurance that cover Baptist OB/GYNs!

Very well set up Covid19 Vaccination Clinic. Today was the first day of operation so I expected…read moresome delays due to plans not being completely thought out. I was wrong. Everything from start to finish was logical with a perfect traffic flow through the process. The signage was clear so there could be no confusion. The patient entered through the door that was marked Entrance to Covid Vaccination Clinic. Registration stations were socially distanced in the hall as you entered. A large white board prominently displayed the date that the second vaccine would be held so patients could assure that both today's date and the second vaccine date would work in their schedule. I was surprised the number of people that seemed to reschedule their appointment due to extended delays on their second shot. After registration was complete the next hallway led you to the room where vaccination stations were set up at. Once again all stations were appropriate distance from each other. The nurse or doctor at the station gave the patient paperwork to complete with the front page being a questionnaire and the backside being a signature for permission to treat. The nurse made sure to hand back your Covid-19 Vaccine Card and advised the patient to put it away safely and bring it with you for your second vaccine. After getting the vaccine there were chairs to wait in for 15 minutes to assure no adverse reactions to the shot. While sitting in that area I observed how carefully each vaccine station was cleaned after each patient. After your wait period was finished the exit door was right there in the corner of the room. It put you right back in the parking lot that you parked at. So glad they opened up this site. I would recommend it to anyone that is in the 1C category or above.
