Even though they were empty and sitting there. Ouch. . . He came to this shop & they were packed. Somebody greeted him right away. They were told I like purple. He waited less than 5 mins and was given a beautiful arrangement. Aside from being extremely nice & helpful on what looked like a busy day , the flowers still look great , at 2 weeks old. I say give this place a shot. He went in despite a couple of bad reviews and had a great experience.

I ended up working with Sharon, the wedding lady. We designed special boutonnieres for the various men in the bridal party, some tipped with the wedding color, and all but two individually appointed for stems and such. The bridesmaid's wrist corsages were two that matched, each with two white roses tipped with navy (the color of the dresses they were wearing) plus one turquoise tipped rose (the wedding color). And the third corsage with all turquoise tips, since she was wearing a dress in the wedding color. I bought some fancy wrist bands for the bridesmaid's corsages, which they were nice enough pick up at my home. Those dressed up the corsages further. My bridal bouquet was a waterfall of gardenias and white roses with floral accents. It was stunning, if a bit heavy due to it's size. A nice side benefit is the large bouquet made me look smaller, lol. Sharon suggested I get an additional much smaller bouquet to throw. It was a good suggestion, as I would have knocked out someone with the larger bouquet, lol. They did a wonderful job with the flowers, delivering them on a Sunday even though the store itself is closed on Sunday. They deliver on Sunday which makes sense since they are near a hospital, etc.. I definitely recommend them. They were a pleasure and did a great job.

I had ordered a bouquet at another shop down the street a week prior and when I showed up to pick it up, they first acted like I was wrong and then they found my order still attached to their order book. I reiterated what I had in mind and they asked me to wait 15 minutes while they threw something together. I did, mistakes happen. I did not like the way I was being treated, though...but at this point what could I do? After about 25 minutes the woman comes back with just a bunch of flowers wrapped in cellophane and a bow on the outside. She proceeds to tell me they are going to charge me 5 dollars less for waiting, but this is not what I ordered. Again, the woman got all frazzled when I explained prom bouquets are not to be unwrapped and put in a vase, but to be held, she stormed back to (i assume to fix it) and I stormed out of there and down to The Rose Garden...I should have went there in the first place anyway! The Rose Garden has better quality, service, and prices!

Exceptional Quality and Service…read more I had a wonderful experience with Ziegfield Florist & Gifts. The flowers arrived looking exactly like the pictures I saw online, which was incredibly refreshing given how often actual arrangements can fall short of their marketing photos. Everything was beautifully arranged, vibrant, and remarkably fresh upon delivery. The quality exceeded my expectations, especially considering the excellent value for the price. It's clear they take pride in sourcing and preparing their blooms with care, and it shows in the final product. In addition to the beautiful flowers, the customer service was outstanding. My order was delivered right on time, which was crucial for my occasion, and the entire process felt seamless from start to finish. Their team was highly professional throughout, and they took extra care to ensure everything was perfect before sending the arrangement out. I appreciated the attention to detail and the peace of mind knowing I was working with a trustworthy vendor. I would absolutely recommend Ziegfield Florist & Gifts to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality floral arrangements, and I'll certainly be using their services again in the future.
