I recently had very invasive hip surgery to repair some damange to the cartilidge, muscle, and bone within the hip socket. My Physical Therapist recommended for part of my recovery to explore the massage therapy avenue. Olde Town Bodywork (Savana) was a recommendation from a friend who had worked with Savana previously. I have had a few (more than few) massages in my day and Oh My GOSH! This was hands down the BEST massage I have ever recieved in my life. Her knowledge goes way beyond just massage techniques and great bedside manner, she has an phenomenial knowledge of the human body. Even from her intake forms - the massage started better than any other experience. She is one of those massage therapists that you can honestly say, that's too much or that's too litte pressure. She makes the situation enjoyable so you can get out of the massage what you need. The room itself is wonderful, it is so colorado. Its calming but has a beautiful light and airiness to it. You would want to stay there all day. I was so beyond grateful for how she paid attention to the muscles that were stressed during the surgery. No matter what you are going through, she can tailor any massage to fit your need, emotionally or physically. She also was able to just really refocus my brain and it was easy to fall into a deep meditated state while she performed her "magic" on me. As I so (hopefully not offensively told her) she is "little but mighty". I promise you, you will NOT be disappointed. On top of all her amazing skills and technique, she's also nice and her prices are FREAKING AMAZING!. Great Price, Even GREATER technique and Skill...
