Rather than replacing the older toilet I called Havasu Hardware and this cordial lady answered and informed me that they had exactly the parts I needed but they were universal parts. When I got there I was greeted by that same cordial lady with a huge smile :) and a gentleman who looked like he knew just about everything walked me to where the parts where located. Thankfully he works here because he showed me exactly what I needed and how to do what I was repairing! Extremely helpful staff. Go here first, then go to home depot if they don't have it. P.S. After I paid she looked at the money like she had never seen cash before inspected it several times making sure it was not counterfeit. I can understand that i wouldn't want to get burned with bad money either. That wasn't the issue the issue was that after i looked at my receipt she was incorrect i had been charged full price for everything no discounts. I asked and she stated that it was not her responsibility to know what was on sale. So i asked if she could adjust it after i presented the sales cost. It wasn't much a $12 difference but that's not the point at this time she said i needed to present an Identification to get a refund. I told her i dd not have an ID she said she couldn't give me a refund with out it. At this time i became upset i didn't say nothing other then please cancel my order and return all my money she then refused said not without an ID so i asked why? "you didn't ask for ID when i paid you 2 minutes ago"! At this time the Manager decided to tell her to take a break that he would take care of me. She closed out her register and walked away he proceeded to give me his back and kept servicing the other aisle of customers. After a few minutes i knew what they were doing i grabbed my receipt and my cart and left i had two choices leave without my money that was not going to happen! Or cause a scene that would've involved the cops and tie me up on time. Or do what i did i grabbed my receipt my cart full of goods and told them to keep the damn $12 i wont ever go back that is the worse customer service i have experienced in a very long time. I paid for the extra warranty i paid for a 2 year renewal and now i regret it all. Harbor Freight does not have a customer support line to call. They know they carry stuff at a discount price and its convenient to get but from now on i will rather pay the freight and have it shipped then to step into that store again.
