Very friendly on arrival. The space in studio was comfortable, and the teacher gave easy to follow directions. Will be going back.

I was in need of some yoga while visiting family in Fresno for the holidays. I had tried other studios in the area in past years and not found one to be the caliber of studios back home. I took Desiree's level 2 class. It was challenging but accessible to all levels. She had a great playlist and a welcoming personality. The room was slightly heated which was nice on a chilly night. Lastly, the decor of the studio was lovely. I will definitely be stopping in to take a class next time I am visiting the area. read more

"You are the light of the world, a city on a hill cannot be hidden" is a a quote in the book of Matthew. Some of us may have heard it before, but whether we have or not, we can all agree that it resonates truth within us. This is something I have seen in the unique owner of Old Town Yoga. I met Desiree a few years ago in our Yoga Instructor immersion course and she was my jam, immediately. I'll never forget her sparkling smile and infectious laugh! Her heart was as genuine then as it is today, a bright light that drew you in and mesmerized your heart. Her dedication to the Yoga Instructor course was unparalleled by any of us as she had recently given birth to a baby girl a few months prior and was driving back and forth from her home town, all the way to Redlands Ca, with her entire family in tow. She wanted this that bad! My husband and I had had the absolute privilege of having dinner with her one weekend during the immersion course and we will never forget how she shared her dreams of opening her very own Yoga Studio and how she was already scoping out a locations even then. I remember looking at her thinking, "this girl will not be stopped!" Desiree did just as she said and not half way either. She pressed in hard and poured every fiber of her being in to what she and her amazing husband consider to be their second love, OTY. Desiree leads with integrity and her priorities are right side up. She was passionate and determined then and is just as passionate and determined today. Except now, she's all the wiser, as time and life have a way of teaching lessons of surrender power, boundaries, love and lack, ready or not. Through it all, Desiree continues to humbly lead strong. Lives are being changed in this studio on the daily and people leave different, better than they came in. There is no need to look elsewhere. Go where the light is. read more

Yoga was something I was skeptical in trying and I attended a beginner class and absolutely loved it! Every time I walk into the studio, I feel welcomed by all the staff. Their packages are also really reasonable for all budgets. They also have really sweet merchandise for sale which is amazing! Go out and support your small and local businesses, especially this one since we all need a little relaxation in our lives. read more

Great yoga studio and even better instructors! I love the atmosphere and the availability of classes. Their class prices are also really reasonable. I would highly recommend this yoga studio to anyone, no matter what level of yogi they are! read more

Top notch in every way. I signed up for two weeks of unlimited classes. Yin, Level 2, Power and Yin, and Beginners were the classes I attended. Instructors were amazingly talented and patient. You could tell they love teaching and yoga. Modifications and higher level options seems available at every class. The instructors were great to gently correct form as needed. Free Parking. I never tried the early 5am or 530am classes but I appreciate the option of these class time being available. Studio is clean, well appointed, and nicely arranged. Students are warm and friendly. From beginners to experienced, young or old, this studio has something for everyone. read more

Warm and welcoming studio with great teachers. I love Erin's style and inspiring personality. Classes here are friendly and down to earth, with none of the pretentiousness that is sometimes seen at more commercial chains. read more

My first time here and first experience with yoga and I couldn't have been more comfortable and welcomed. The environment is peaceful and the women in the class seem supportive and everyone is able to go at their own pace. Heather was incredible and her voice is calm and soothing. I am excited to keep attending classes! The only thing I recommend would be to bring a lint roller after using the blankets. read more

Great studio. Fun vibes. Awesome schedule for all levels. I really enjoy this place. Plus the teachers are excellent.

I love everything about this studio! It is my happy place and the first thing I think of when I'm stressed and need to do something for myself. The instructors are so incredibly kind and actually care about what your name is and if you've been to their class before so they can have a moment with you. I work full time and am a full time student but I put money aside to give myself this time because every moment I spend there is so worth every penny. It's also wonderful that they have oils and teas any time you need them, it's the little things that bring joy. read more

Great place! The instructors are very helpful and non-judgmental. They have lots of classes to choose from at different times/days which is great for any schedule! Great for beginners or seasoned yogi... you must try this place out!! read more

Buying an annual membership here is the best decision I've ever made..... this yoga studio encompasses all things YOGA, family, and kick ass members. Don't try to tell me how great other studios are if you haven't been to OTY! read more

If you need help choosing a place to get you through the door, let this be it. But once you've been you'll never need to read another review about why you should go to Old Town Yoga. The studio is beautiful and the staff is amazing. Every class I've ever been to has been lead by a friendly, knowledgeable professional and has left me feeling refreshed physically and mentally. If the owner does not know you by name she will come introduce herself and personally welcome you to the studio. The sense of community is strong and inviting. The classes are leveled so they are accessible to literally everyone- elderly, complete beginners, expecting mommas, and advanced yogis alike! Workshops and fun events are offered frequently and overall the prices are extremely reasonable. I can't get enough of this place. It serves me as a whole- mind, body and soul. read more

I was visiting family in Clovis and came upon Old Town Yoga so decided to take a class on a Wednesday evening. The class was super crowded but everyone was super friendly and made room for all. It was nice to see the students chatting with each other, something I don't see in other studios I've visited in other parts of the country. The yoga was beginner(ish) level but still challenging for someone with a regular practice. I love that Travis Eliot will be doing a teacher training there in 2018 and I would be taking that training if I lived in Clovis. Travis is one of the best yogis, along with Bryan Kest. I keep hoping he will come to TX. I will definitely be returning to this studio when I'm in the area. read more

My old yoga studio closed and there wasn't a good alternative until OTY opened. Great instructors, great variety of classes, great vibe. While there are a few things I miss about my old studio, OTY more than makes up for those losses. Thankful for such a welcoming community that is conveniently located. read more

I love Old Town Yoga! The sense of community is so strong and the quality of yoga instruction is unmatched. When my schedule is really busy and I can't come, I feel the absence in both my physical and mental well being. Recently, I signed up for the online classes and they go a long way in filling that void. read more

I have been attending OTY for a year and every class I attend, no matter the level, feels like such a treat. The instructors are all welcoming and accommodating, the other students are friendly and are always willing to shift their mats to make room. I have found such a wonderful community of people here. If you're looking for a wide range of levels/types of classes and some amazing people this is the place for you!! read more

Old Town Yoga (OTY) is such a welcoming environment. I tried my first ever Yoga class in December of 2016 when the studio first opened and immediately signed up for an annual membership. This studio has something for everyone. If you are an experienced Yogi or your first time trying yoga this is the place to be. I initially tried yoga to help with anxiety and I found so much more than help with anxiety. OTY is my Church! It has taught me how to appreciate where I am, who I am and that I am enough. Each time I roll out my mat I meet myself where I am and feel at peace with it and when I walk out the door after class I feel so full. I LOVE OTY! read more

Don't like the management at this yoga studio, especially after they abruptly fired more than one teacher a couple months ago. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to continue to going to see if I still liked it. Then a couple more teacher left and the entire atmosphere changed. I decided to cancel my membership due to this and was charged a cancellation fee... I'd understand this if I cancelled because of personal reasons but I cancelled because all of the teachers I came to the studio for were either fired or left in support of the previous. I won't go back for this reason. Never has the owner had a welcome feeling to me, as I've taken her classes a couple times and been in classes with her and obviously seen her around the studio. I love the actual studio it's big and offers many classes but the atmosphere is no longer welcoming and I suggest people go to other studios instead of this one. read more

This is the most wonderful place! Great instructors, great environment, great students! Such a very warm and inviting environment...a great place to come if you've been doing yoga for a long time or if you have never done yoga ! You should try it, see you soon!! read more

Old Town Yoga is hands down the best yoga studio around! This studio has everything you are looking for with prices that simply can't be beat. The owner and staff have created a culture of community and acceptance seldom seen in fitness and is desperately lacking in the Fresno area. If you have ever considered trying out yoga, you owe it to yourself to take the plunge in an environment that will encourage you and help you thrive. Everyone can do yoga and everyone should do yoga at Old Town Yoga! read more
