He was very helpful during the quoting process, educating me of the different roofing options and providing competitive pricing that helped me select him amongst the bids I received. As my roof was starting to experience leaks, he helped squeeze me ahead into his schedule given that there was fall season rain upcoming. His team is a tight knit group that did a great job completing the work over the course of a week or so. They took a lot of pictures as well to evidence the damaged boards that were being replaced. As I was present during the job, I can attest that they were thorough and professional. His team also helped with a follow-up visit to replace some flashing that have been missed the first time. It was priced competitively, the work was completed as-promised and even ahead of schedule, and they left my house and yard clean every night before they left. I got multiple bids to have my roof replaced and Bruno at Wind Proof Roofing was the one who followed up the most, which I appreciated. He was slightly less expensive than some others but just as responsive if not more. The one small difference is that he didn't have a flashy report outlining his bid - unlike the one another, larger roofing company provided. Instead, Bruno talked through my needs and summarized them on a single document with the pricing broken out. He also took a video of the roof and sent it to me, which was very informative and something the bigger company did not do. The other thing that really impressed me is that WP was the only company who wanted to check out my attic to ensure that there were no underlying issues before the work started. I really liked this approach since I don't like surprises when doing house work and demonstrated how thorough they are in approaching roofing projects. Bruno's team arrived on time and finished the house ahead of his promised time. I've never had a contractor finish ahead of schedule, so Bruno gets additional points on this one. We called Four Seasons on a recommendation of friends to take a look. Given the weather, we decided to replace the roof and hired Jay and Kristy from Four Seasons roofing. We are so glad as the we could not have been more pleased with their highly conscientious work and the final result. Although our roof was only 8 or so years old, the questionable leaks in the house and rusted out fireplace stacks caused us concern. Jay said the roof itself looks ok and he could repair the stacks that had rusted out. The leaks appeared to be coming in from the vents via wind. The current shingles were a low quality, so we decided to go ahead and just have it replaced. Oh Boy, we were so glad we did! Once Jay and his crew got into tearing off the old roofing, they found the vents (the source of the leaks) should have NEVER been installed over a vaulted roof with rigid foam insulation and the shoddy previous roofing job caused 5 4x8 plywood panels to be so rotten you could crumble them with just a squeeze of your hand. Jay and his team are very experienced, conscientious, detailed, and hardworking...just flat out great folks who get the job done, and done RIGHT!
