Called about getting my escrow check back. They said it would be ready on a certain date. Not ready as promised.

After a while, I started to see Dan, he showed up and showed him around. He explained how it work between with any Property Management and the owner while requesting for any work repair. There was one lady whom suppose to work with me named Stephanie (long story, but let me make it short simplifying thing), she mentioned she talking with owner for the past approximately 4-5 months , therefore no result. That how I was about to get Dan which I finally meet him. He fired that lady, Stephanie, then got another person. That all good. I rather reach out to Dan for any quicker responses. He is the main person. So, things happened, got things settle, and made a good deal for me for one month. It wasn't a bad deal and got most of the thing fix like ceiling fan in living room, replacement 2 fans/light upstairs, fix heather, eh, it was all taken care off. Alright then, that my simply journey story. I end up staying another year but more likely stay here 3 more year for the kids school. All that thing being happening, henceforth one I recommend go through it, however always get Dan or each out to him. Someone might help, but he is the one you actually need to take things care of. Heh, more attention for him. That a good thing. Happy holiday and upcoming new year. Be safe ya'll! Thank you Ferguson Property Management to make things easier. Glad to work with you. But the owner is something else and that doesn't want to respond. Now you know the difference. Best Regards, Sumeet

I leased a townhouse through Select Property Management for approximately two years under…read morecircumstances that required me to secure housing quickly due to frequent job-related relocations in law enforcement. Upon taking possession of the property, I immediately observed numerous deficiencies, including heavily worn carpeting, severely deteriorated kitchen flooring, outdated appliances, loose and improperly secured bathroom fixtures, damaged cabinetry, non-functioning electrical outlets, and closet doors that were barely operational. Additionally, despite representations that water, sewer, and garbage services were included, I was never provided with standard trash receptacles throughout the duration of my tenancy. The property itself presented ongoing maintenance issues, including a heater that repeatedly failed during winter months, recurring plumbing backups, and a garage door that eventually became inoperable. Throughout my tenancy, I made reasonable efforts to address minor issues independently and only contacted management for matters beyond my ability to repair. When it came time to vacate, I anticipated a reasonable deduction from my $1,600 security deposit--potentially in the range of $300 to $500--which I would have accepted without dispute. Instead, I was informed that the entirety of my deposit had been withheld for conditions that were pre-existing at the time I moved in. Due to the urgency of my housing situation at the outset, I did not complete a thorough inspection or document the property's condition as I should have. That oversight has proven costly. I share this experience to inform and caution prospective tenants. It is critical to conduct detailed inspections, document all deficiencies, and protect your interests from the beginning of any lease agreement. Learn from my experience--what cost me an entire month's rent may serve as a safeguard for others. Sincerely, A Former Tenant of Select Property Management

The house had flooded prior to me moving in and they guaranteed it had never flooded before and they were genuinely shocked. The house and the flooding issues were then "repaired" and ready to move in. I was assured there would be no more flooding issues so I rented it. It just rained and nothing more than a normal rain storm, the house is FLOODED and when I called they at first would only text me and acted surprised. When I insisted they call me I became upset at the lack of support, then the agent HUNG UP ON ME. Her text to me later- call my renters insurance. Since then I have not had any representative of the owner come to the house to see what the issues are or to meet the repair companies. I have been a home owner previously and this has not been a great rental experience so far.

I have been telling everyone I know, because I have rarely encountered service as amazing as this! We appreciate that Nick has a calm demeanour. He isn't pushy, and even though he was listing a number of properties, he tried to show us what he thought would suit us best, instead of just trying to get us to see his listings. My husband and I had a house that we absolutely loved, but it went off the market. Nick showed us other houses, but we kept thinking about the original house we liked. The previous deal fell though (yay for us!), and Nick went to work getting us the best deal on the house before it went back on the market. Nick is very attentive and his service went beyond just getting us the house. He arranged for a locksmith to change out the locks, had the house cleaned before we came, and arranged for someone to clean the carpet. When our water heater didn't work and the home warranty company was dragging its feet - - Nick was on top of it. Which brings me to another point - Nick is very well connected in the Sacramento area. He has a team of professionals in every aspect of owning a home that he can refer you to. We were having trouble getting a loan because I had taken some time off between jobs and so lenders were considering me "unemployed," and would't give us their best rates. Nick found us a lender who not only got around the "unemployment" issue, but also gave us the best rate by far! Likewise, he hooked us up with an insurance agent who gave us a way better rate than anyone else. I could go on and on and on, but Nick is in a league of his own! We have dealt with numerous other realtors, and the realtor who sold our home was also very good, but Nick is in a class by himself! He even told us that when he sells a home he pays for the staging - - wow! I have never heard of that!

I'm thankful for the understanding due to be in back brace and wheelchair, so I rescind my other review. I called her at 6:30 she calls me back at 8:15. she's got an attitude you can tell she's still asleep and right off the jump just rude and condescending in no way was she going to take the cars information until I prompted her to do so. I talked to a tenant and got her number everything was cool with her but then I get an email from Terri(after ignoring multiple attempts to contact her) that said tenant was complaining about me actually. When I asked for proof i Was ignored so I called said tenant and she said that wasn't true. Then fast forward cars Gone I havent contacted Terri in hours by this point and yet again another email from her. This time in a matter of fact manor. That my cousin did this about the car and my cousin did that About the car. like she knows my family!!! I'm a single woman living in a single studio how does she know my family to then email me about what my cousins have done!! I then contact my family and just as I thought no one knows what she's talking about because we have NO CLUE who's car that was. of course I defended my family and now I've gotten condescending messages that this is all being sent somewhere and she tried to catch me about I admitted it was my cousin or I knew the woman and said like (nice). and now another email just came in that I'm "harassing" her and now we're going to have a "problem" because I asked her to prove that it was my cousin like she said. She's a lying condescending woman that loves to point out she owns it all and there's no one else i can talk to. So let's see what falsehoods this lady and the building owner come up with. Also message me I'll provide my IG I have proof of emails texts and recorded calls im willing to provide to anyone looking to do business here and you'll decide it's not worth it.
