I played four different courses in Ocean City, and this one was my favorite. From the different themed decorations to the hole designs themselves, this course was a great to play. There are several holes that have moving obstacles and lots of chances to get hole-in-ones. If you're really into mini-golf, Old Pro Golf has a pass that allows you to play all of their Ocean City locations for a lower price. I would 100% come back to this location again! ADA Note: there are two holes on top of the pyramid structure that require you to walk up and down 15-20ish steps, and I didn't see any elevator option for anyone who comes with elderly or wheelchair-bound guests. read more

Played this course once or twice before, but tried it again during a Covid year. We were instructed to only take the ball we wanted so they wouldn't have to sterilize anything else we touched. I feel this is a great course, packed into a small lot, and possibly the only course on the ocean side? I may be wrong, but I may be right... My biggest complaint is a complaint that most courses have... They don't enforce the number of people in groups... If you have a group of six, betting $1,000 a hole, lying down to line up their shot, and a big line is behind them, that's not good on such a small property. When everyone else is trying to stay a safe distance away and one group causes a big backup, it's not good. I wish they enforced the rule and broke those teams up. In other years, that's kinda part of the game. Waiting behind the family of eight who need to follow all of the rules, except group size. In covid times, respect everyone else and again, I wish the venue enforced that too. Having said all of that, we had fun and knew that's the risk of going anywhere. read more

Cute putt putt theme here. Easter Island with a Nordic kinda feel to it. Hey, I'm calling it what it was whether it makes sense or not. Movable parts on the greens and rushing waterfall for effects worked well. Due to covid situation, I wore some gardening gloves. I'm sure a few hundred people play here daily and I'm not too sure what gets hosed down between guest visits. Gloves are worn during golf anyway right? So who cares. I wore my gloves. It was dark and a bug flew to a light and scared me so I tripped and fell over some Nordic manikins and got all brused up. LoL. But I'm alright. It was a good time and my peeps let me when since I fell down!!! A win is a win! I did, legitimately, get a hole in one as well! So good times here. Stop on in. read more

This is probably one of my favorite Old Pro courses. The course design is mostly interesting, the difficulty is just right for experienced players, but kids will be able to feel like they don't suck on a lot of the holes. The top of the temple hole is cool... The one drawback here is probably that the chemical-filled water smells a little weird sometimes, and in brisk winds (the kind you would find near any ocean on any given day), you might get some of it in your face. We cruised up and down the road for the best mini golf. We had done several before this one. We looked at the dragons and the pyramid on the smoke and decided "This is the place." the price of $10 is very reasonable however you can find a $1 off coupon and most of the local guides. The holes are challenging but fun, the decor is absolutely amazing, and although crowded at night the course moves along. We had a great time. read more

Do not go at night time during summer hours. The woman behind the counter recommended we come when they first open or 45 mins before they close, that's when they do last games. We went about 10am with no problems. A fun mini golf course with lots of tricks and turns! read more

If you want some more info on the Old Pro golf courses in general, check out the review I wrote for the 28th street location. This location of Old Pro has a "Temple of Dragons" theme and is usually pretty busy, I think because it looks impressive from the street. I'm giving this one a three because though it has the elaborate theme and fun decorations of every Old Pro course, it is probably the worst deal out of all four locations. It costs $7 for one game, but at 68th and 136th streets, you can play two courses for $10 and at 28th street, you can play 27 holes for $7. Though, like I said, it looks impressive from the street, the quality of the course isn't really much different from any of the other 5 courses. Your best bet is to either play a different location, or, for the mini golf enthusiast, purchase the all day pass for $15 and play all 6 locations until 5pm! read more

We absolutely LOVED Old Pro Golf! I'd been to a couple other mini-golf places previously, but I think this is probably my favorite of the mini-golf places I've been to. I loved the Medieval / dragon theme, the challenging obstacles in each of the sections, and also the fact that there's a two-story obstacle on the course (you can go up the second story, which looks like a fortress). A group of 7 of us came here after dinner to get some activity flying before heading to bed that night. We split into two teams and hit the course! The first few holes were really fun! Lots of objects and characters floating around. The courses were tricky, but my group was super competitive, so we were really pushing each other to be accurate - lots of holes in one with our group. (the other group was a bit more leisurely but definitely were having a good time and laughing at missed swings and botched shots). You actually get to climb the big monster building in the middle and play two holes up there. The holes from that point forward are a bit more basic (these latter holes aren't visible from the street/traffic so they aren't as fancy-looking) - still fun nonetheless but a little less wow-factor went into them. At the end, you get to putt it up into a dragon's mouth. None of us made it into the mouth itself, so I don't know if anything crazy happens at the end. Win or lose, you're bound to have a good time! read more

Small, compared to some of the other locations you might see as you drive down Costal Highway, but you will not be disappointed with this place. We go mini golfing every night when we stay in OC and this was one of the best places we stopped. Our son liked the dragons and we thought why not. Very nice experience. The last hole (18) is an actual course, and doesn't take your ball, like many of the others, but they do still give you an opportunity at the end to get it into a drag and mouth and if you do you can win a free game, which we did win one, which was pretty cool! A very nice course and we were lucky enough to miss the lines that most reviews warned of. The 27 holes moved along very well. My only gripe would be the attitude I got from the guy at the window. I started the process to get 3 unlimited tickets then asked how long (time wise) the course took to which he replied an hour. Longer than I expected. While I took a moment to do the math and consider if we really needed unlimited (which we ended up not needing) the guy is slapping the clipboard for the credit card signature towards me impatiently to sign nearly knocking it on the floor. Mind you there was no line behind me and not like he was in the middle of something else. Just unnecessary rudeness and lack of patience for a customer your serving. read more

So far, this is our favorite course at ocean city!!! We were having a "dragon themed" day and in honor of game of thrones, this course seemed PERFECT. There were different dragons and of course, strangely colored water (that seems to be a trend in mini golf). My favorite part of this course is that there are so many crazy structures and colorful interesting things to look at while you go through the course. We were taking our time and there weren't a lot of people, which was pretty nice. We stopped by around early June, but I do know that around July, the mini golf courses get overwhelmed with people.... We also sat on top of the steps and there's a really beautiful view up high. The holes themselves are not that "difficult," but there was a lot of variety and many of the holes weren't just a straight shot, which was fun. We ended up winning a free ticket at the end by getting a hole in one!!! The guy at the counter was incredibly nice and helpful. Also, I used the restroom and it was clean (something that I'm always scared I won't find when I'm wandering around OC). Definitely going to stop by again after we try all the old pro golf courses! Other courses in Ocean City should take note: this is how you stay competitive when there are a dozen choices with which to golf. The theme is campy but doesn't look cheap. Each hole provides a unique challenge, including rotating obstacles, multiple pathway choices, and jumps/hazards. The carpets are well maintained and the bricks are in place. There isn't detritus and leaves/twigs all over the greens. The pars are a little generous: everyone in our party finished under par and there were a few hole-in-ones. The temple itself was a nice set piece but was basically just an excuse to add a few holes on the second level. It's about the same cost as other OC courses ($9.50), but you can find dollar off coupons in virtually every circular. read more

This is the Old Pro mini golf course with a Temple of Doom theme, with weird flying creatures, hooded figures swinging axes, and some other very corny colorful and not very scary figures and elements, in a well planted garden area. You do have to climb up some stairs to complete two holes at the top of a building which was a first for me at a mini golf course. It's pretty well laid out and the guy running it was quite friendly. Balls bounce fast and there's quite a bit of variety, so it's good entertainment. This one is not wheelchair accessible. read more

Great place. Well kept, and great prices. Only $8.50 a person and there are discounts on the old pro website for $1 off! Also they have moving things to make it more fun as you place. For instance there is a guy with a sword spinning and you have to hit it between his legs and time it just right. There are so many pretty things to look at and the place is very picture friendly. Great for kids or adults. Also the people that work here are really nice people who are semi retired it looks like. They are much nicer then maui golf across the street. The people that work there aren't so nice and they don't take credit cards.. Don't go to maui golf you'll regret giving money to people that aren't nice. Old Pro is the way to go! read more

It was raining as we went out to do "something, anything" after dinner, so we found an indoor miniature golf spot...a great idea.....until"...... we got inside...packed....a loooooooong... wait. Well, we tossed some money at the indoor arcade. That ended up being fun. 5 of us played for about an hour. I'd say if you put all our winning tickets together, after playing for about an hour, our winnings had to be worth at least $1.50.... lol...so..if it rains....you can try Old Pro Golf, the address is 13601 Coastal Highway. Coolest mini golf in OC! The fam always has a great time here! The holes aren't boring putting greens because they actually require some strategy. While there is no loop, the creativity put into this 19 hole course will keep you entertained the entire time.
