I wish I didn't even have to give this location 1 star to review! Anyway, this is one of the messiest Old Navy stores I have ever been in. There are clothes all over the floor, disorganized ladders and product carts in the way. Seriously, I think the Fire Marshall should come in here and shut them down. In addition, the employees are rude and are not afraid to show how unhappy they are with working there. My husband and I went there yesterday and there was a rolling shelf with men's khaki pants with a sign that said "50% off", obviously a good deal. We found a few other items (despite the mess). However, when we went to the checkout line, (with all the Tchotchkes spilling onto the floor) I was standing waiting my turn and my husband noticed one of the cashiers glaring at me. Clearly she was waiting for me to notice she was ready to "help" my with my purchase but was unable to say the words "I can help the next guest, or "Next please", or just a simple "Next". Anyway we noticed that as our items were being scanned they were not showing as the price they should have with the discount. We questioned it, and were told the machine is slow....Uhh ok...So when the total came up, clearly the items did not get discounted expected. When we questioned this, the cashier yelled over to her manager Brianne (probably fake name), she yelled back asking what we were questioning, the cashier yelled back (why they can't talk is beyond me). Brianne, proceeded to walk to display of a different pair of pants and claim they weren't really discounted. So my husband showed her the correct location in which we found the pants (the sign was now removed) and the manager claimed she took the sign down an hour prior. This was really frustrating as we didn't just pull a discount percentage out of anywhere and clearly a mistake was made in that the sign was there when we picked up the pants.
In the end, we didn't purchase anything b/c we were so frustrated with the employees and the whole experience. read more
