Although I haven't been to Sawgrass or to this Old Navy in some time, here's another case of a place I used to frequent -- and should have had a Yelp review already posted. Since it's not showing, here goes. This store is located in the Oasis section. You have to go outside. The stores are not enclosed in a covered mall so often you get the effects of whatever weather is happening. The day we came, it was pouring so there were not many shoppers. The store doesn't offer much of a discount compared to other Old Navy stores. It's rather a misnomer to call this one an outlet. Prices are comparable. But they sometimes have differing stock, so I usually check it out when in the area. The clearance section for men was hard to find and minuscule. That was disappointing. The women's clearance was a tad bigger, but nothing appealed to even try on. As we left the store, I said to my husband, "when have I EVER gone to an Old Navy store and not bought something?" I havent walked inside of an Old Navy in years. Decided to go inside because I was passing by. They were having a major sale. 40- 50% off. Purchased some cute items for God Daughter at some good prices. It was busy inside but the lines weren't too long. Next time, ill go back and purchase somethings for myself. read more

Clearance prices galore...many womens skirts and jeans on sale. The checkout line is long but moves quickly with three cashiers. Staff are visible in the store for assistance. The majority of this store is women's clothing and a big kids section. They do have a men's apparell section but limited. The funky T-shirt section are 40% off of $19.99 which is a great deal for about $12.00 plus tax of course. 3.7 rating here easy. read more

One of my favorite traditional everyday clothing stores with many styles with the Old Navy seal. The ladies workout section is my bread and butter for my everyday attire at very good prices. Leggings with matching tops for mid $20.00 prices and I can sometimes find a gem in the clearance racks. Of course they offer a kids and men's section but the ladies wear is the most sought after in this store. You never know when a good deal is offered so you gotta check every week. The checkout aisle is usually busy on weekends, but staff keeps it moving well enough. read more

I placed a large order online and had to pick my items up at multiple Old Navy locations . I would love for them to have had everything but it also wasn't that fault as it was a rushed last minute order. I couldn't wait for anything to come to me. The pick up process was Fairly seamless. I just walked into the line and gave them my information. they handed me my bag and I did a quick check to ensure that everything was there before I left and it was. I think I'll do this more often. I received a lot of their merchandise, via the deals they had online and there was quite a selection so I did save a good amount of money. read more

In the early 1990's Dayton Hudson Corporation was looking to create a lower priced version Gap. It's Gap Warehouses were renamed Old Navy after a bar in Paris. The first stores opened in California and were set up to look like grocery stores with shopping carts. Now there are over 1,000 locations and Old Navy has branded itself as the place to go for affordable clothing for the entire family. This store located at the Oasis entrance of Sawgrass Mills Mall is one of the 200 plus Old Navy outlet stores. It's large and for the most part organized. The prices in a regular Old Navy are already low and so I was expecting rock bottom prices. This was not the case as most things seemed comparable to the prices in a regular store. The place where there seemed to be the most savings was in the large clearance area in the back. My problem with buying clothes here is everything is wrinkled on the rack. If it looks like crap in the store I am not going to be enticed to pick it up. I passed up on a $3 dress because it was such a wrinkly mess that I couldn't tell if I really liked it. The line was super long which was another deterrent. The store seems like a place to dump the older styles of merchandise. I was hoping to score some cute sundresses but this was a strike out for me. read more

This is truly a pleasant place to shop. All the associates are so friendly and helpful. They have a nice supply of items, good prices, and a varied selection of clearance items. This will be my go to Old Navy since they truly value customers. I saw associates assisting other customers with a smile and actually showing them where to find items and also advising of alternate items. This made my travel to this store with the effort and time. Old Navy Outlet - Women's Clothing Near Me - Sunrise, Florida

This store is located on the outside of the Sawgrass mall and is between the movie theater and the Cheesecake Factory. It's big, bright and well stocked but seems very cluttered. The staff is friendly and helpful. The fitting rooms are cozy and kind of open to the rest of the store. I didn't care for that but there are a few of them so shorter wait times. The check out lines were long and moved at a snails pace. But you can/might find nice, casual, seasonal pieces here at good discounted/sale prices. Worth a look see every now and again. :) read more

I have a love/hate relationship with this particular store. The store is a good size. I find that there are usually a great selection of sizes and colors in the clothing items I am looking at. Only one other mini gripe, I was looking for jeans today and I couldn't find much selection in the ladies tall/longer length pants. You can however get tall items online. My biggest complaint is the checkouts. For some reason it always takes FOREVER for the line to move, even when there are only a few people in front of me. I think it's a combo of getting behind PITA customers, but also there aren't enough cashiers working. I recommend checking out the clearance racks way in the back of the store, if you dig through them a bit you can usually get some good deals. I also like Old Navy for basics like tank tops or other layering apparel. The good thing about FL life is that you only really need one type of clothing for the whole year. However, when I lived in NY, Old Navy was great for getting inexpensive seasonal pieces. The other issue about this store is the parking. The parking lot at this mall is generally insane, but it's extra nutty over here in this area likely due to multiple eateries, a huge movie theater and a bunch of shops. So if you plan to just roll up and grab a spot at 2:00 PM on a Saturday, think again. I recommend parking over by the Target since the parking is generally plentiful on that end (unless it's a crazy day like Black Friday). I personally don't mind walking, but I know it's an issue for some people. read more

Old Navy is one of my favorite stores at Sawgrass. This store is huge and they have a good selection of clothing, both for men, women and kids, a lot of stuff similar to what you find at Gap and Banana Republic (since they are all owed by the same company) but with better prices. But we are at Sawgrass, so this place is always packed and check out can take a while. read more

What a terrible experience with a staff member! It is so bad I decided to write their corporate office ! Below is the letter I sent "I wanted to share this experience because this young man cost the store manager a sale probably a good amount of money not a ton but in this day and age every sale counts ! Somewhere along the line customer service is more important than how good the sale is and the most successful stores have great customer service. This evening my wife, my father and I decided to check out your clearance sale after dinner, I checked your website and luckily you were open til 830pm so My wife decided to go to the store while we waited for the check I believe it was 10 min to 8pm. When she arrived at the door, one set was locked and the other was open, so she proceeded to shop. My father and I arrived at the store at 801 pm and again the door was closed and a young man inside gestured with his hand a across his neck to say they were closed. At this point I called my wife to ensure where she was, and she confirmed she was in the store with an arm full of items that she wanted to buy. I made this call at 803 pm. At this point I peeked in the open door and I told the young man that my wife was in the store shopping, that I had the credit card to pay and that I wanted to join her. He said you can come in but you have stand st the front door ....... I questioned why and said again she will need me when she pays and again with a little bit of aggravation he said she can call you from the register when it's time. At this point I felt really annoyed and asked him why and my father said your posted hours are 830 pm ???? Now it gets interesting .., because he started to speak to us in s very condescending tone and said I can't hear you one at a time ... this is when I stepped in front of my dad so I could speak to him closer and said I am asking why I have to stand here when your posted hours are 830 pm, and my aggravation then asked him if he could hear me now !!! His response was "you better step off" well I am sorry because felt like this kid really did not want to be there working late and did not care or want us in the store ! So I told him he had a really bad attitude and I asked him his name ! He angrily pulled on his shirt and name tag and said he did not care.. I think. Well that was the icing .. I yelled across the store for my wife to put down arm full clothes, and leave because this kid "Saul" did not care about a customer or a "sale" I have to say I am usually a calm person ! But this situation really angered me to the point to call the store and speak to the manager and I let her know about Saul! I apologize but I did not give her a chance to recover and all I wanted her to know is that young man was holding back her sales from his attitude ! I hope you can see that I was angry ! I recognize retail is hard, but there was no reason to tell a spouse to stand at the door While his wife shops and to wait to be called to pay !! Thank you and I hope this kid understands the retail business better in the future . " read more

Old Navy is strictly an average kind of place to shop for clothes. In fact, I probably would have gone with two stars, but I do like their jeans, so I'll stick with the three. I'm really hard to fit and theirs actually work pretty well. Overall, though, I think their styles are nothing special and the quality definitely has some issues. I bought a swimsuit there for use in the pool. I take really good care of my suits, as they are generally pretty expensive for what they are. I wash them completely, instead of just rinsing them out, every time I wear them. Usually I can get at least one full season of nearly daily use from a suit. The one I got from Old Navy was less expensive than some, but by the time I'd worn it 12-15 times, it was completely faded out and the fabric had stretched out so much that I could gather it and tie it in a knot at the side! That just shouldn't happen. I've got one that was $15 at Walmart and is in better shape after almost 100 times in the pool. So, if you're looking for quality, this isn't the place to go. If you're a person who just wants to pay moderate prices on something that you don't want to wear much, it might work out. read more

I am all for individuality, however there is this kid working at this location who for some reason was granted permission to wear his jeans in such a manner that the back side of his Calvin Klein underwear are fully visible. To add to this distasteful display of this individual's least redeeming feature, he was wearing a belt, except, instead of wearing it like a normal person would have it fastened around their waist, it was strategically placed below his butt cheeks so as to cause his backside to be exposed to the public whether they like it or not. Needless to say, it was an offensive and unwelcome display and I cannot understand how Old Navy allowed it. Shame on him and his manager. read more

This Old Navy Outlet opened up about 5 months ago in the Oasis at Sawgrass Mills. It's a huge store that took over the old Ron Jon surf shop outlet - definitely the biggest Old Navy I've seen, outside of the flagship store in San Francisco. Don't be deterred by the Outlet name - they have the exact same clothes as the regular stores do, occasionally at cheaper prices due to discounting. The store is huge, clean and well-maintained, and with a great selection. Merchandise changes frequently, and the displays are always neat and tidy despite the volume of people traipsing through. Even during my visit today with the mayhem of $1 flip-flop day, the staff kept the store clean and lines manageable. I've found the staff here to be a lot friendlier and more willing to help than at other stores, which is nice. Lastly, I've also found that this store runs specials more frequently, often advertising 40% off the entire store, making the clothes an even better deal. Cons: this store, like the rest of Sawgrass Mills, attracts a ton of foreign tourists, who are often rude and pushy. I avoid it on weekends as well because of increased crowds, but that's my MO for Sawgrass in general. I always said that Sawgrass had everything one could want except an Old Navy, but now they have it and I'm so happy it's here! read more

Brand new outlet store. They carry some nice basics in a variety of colors. The store is organized and there is a lot of merchandise crammed into the store. The store is quite large and carries mens, womens and children. Prices are what you would expect from Old Navy, not expensive. While I didn't find a lot that caught my attention this time, I would go back whenever I am at the mall to see what new products they have. Merchandise changes pretty frequently, so that's always something to look forward to. read more
